I'm starting to have little faith in any dates at the moment. If they are not shipped within the next two weeks I'm afraid I will have to seriously consider my position.

In The Sun article there's a box that says

• Out: March

Is that a clue ?

Are they delaying shipping until then?

I wish I knew.



I've been pricing up Kugas as my fallback as there are a few things that aren't looking good. Setting up promotions at zero % but excluding Mache customers and instead offering 5%, preordering and being told you're ahead in the queue then seeing newer customers get ahead by grabbing cancelled order slots... being told it will be 24 weeks at the point of order and then it turns out to be a lot longer!

It’s in The Sun though. I’d take their dates with an even bigger pinch of salt than the dates provided by Ford....and that’s saying something. ?

It's written by Rob Gill and his reviews are pretty good. I would like to know where he got that March date from and why they said that. If Ford Uk know that has been intended for a while it's disgusting that the preorder customers weren't told. People need dates to plan for so they know when to get rid of their current car.

My build date is the 8th Feb... 2 weeks to ship would have mine just miss out, as 8th Feb in 15 days away! Really hope mine makes the ship with yours. Christ, that would be a fantastic turn of events for me.

Right back a while ago when the proverbial hit the fan the estimated delivery date on the MME page on the website changed from late 2020 to early 2021. This I always anticipated to be the 1st 1/4 (Jan -Mar) which would tie in with my eta date. Later on the date on the website changed to spring 2021 which to me is end of March to end of June which would tie in with what some of you are saying. I queried this change of date at the time with Rebecca and she told me that early preorders were still estimating early 2021 with later preorders being spring 2021. Perhaps this is where Rob Gill gets the date from.

I agree, I feel Ford could have offered better rates for the MME in the UK. 5% seems steep in current times, especially when the rest of the Ford range is 0%.

I think their initial attitude was that they wouldn't need to give 0% as there would be so many people who would have the car come what may. However, as things have progressed over the last few weeks it would seem that that might not still be the case so who knows what might happen in the next couple of months. They might be desperate to get people back onboard
