I just spoke to my dealer. My car was built 28th November and I was told before Christmas that delivery was showing around 13th March (same as some others on here) He’s now saying delivery is showing 8th May although he’s not convinced of the accuracy of this date! He gets very limited live info and has to wait on Ford updating. I’ve told him im close to cancelling unless Ford come up with a nice sweetener (and I’m not talking a set of car mats here) to compensate for further delays. Not holding out much hope though

FYI, We customers in Norway got an email from ford saying few cars will be delivered in February and most of the delivery for people who reserved cars early will be in March and April 2021. It was a general email sent to all customers who booked MME.

That is the same date (13/3/21) as mine (built 9/12). Spoke to my dealer yesterday and it was still showing the same

Lucky you. That is more than we are getting in UK. Thanks for that. Hopefully some of our cars will be on the same ship as yours only coming to us a bit later.

Ok, my theory Grahame is that yours is one of the 100s that needs the check/fix and they haven't done it yet. When it's done your shipping date and eta will be updated.

Not wanting to upset any people who have waited longer than I have but...

Last night I managed to order a cancelled one with a 14ish week timescale build on the same day as yours. Got the VIN and looked up eta etc and all are complete.

Who knows? Well someone does, it's just a case of finding him/her. Work in progress !!!!

is your dealer saying that because vista has been updated or is he just guessing?

Mine read off a screen. So I assume vista. I think he said 8th but I haven't my bit of paper with me.

How does that system calculate it? I bet it is an approximation by adding 3 months or something to one of the other dates!
