Afternoon Chaps. I managed to locate my VIN on the RWD Order. Still don't have my FE Vin as the order hasn't yet transferred on the Ford Website.

I followed the instructions on the Wiki entry. The only mention of dates I find is this :-

The Ford System is moving the estimated date out from Todays date rather than order date. No wonder the dealers know nothing.

Yeah. Mine is saying the same ETA although today is the first time I’ve used it and I’m a relatively recent pre-order and order.

Was able to get my VIN using the steps on the guide by @Wonky_Donkey so thanks!? I managed to find them using Microsoft Edge.

Didn’t get my promised call back from my dealer today so swings and roundabouts!?. I’ll call again tomorrow.

Yes I meant to put that in the Wiki - I was tracking this back in Jan to see how the behaviour worked. It's always based on the date the page was loaded - which is proper rubbish.

I've got a ton of stuff here that I've gathered over the last year and a bit, it's just a case of sifting out what people might find useful.

Was slightly taken aback that it was also promoted to a front page item, and has been integrated into the main forum Wiki as well. Only downside is I have to maintain it in two places now LOL

Just one other bit of useless info - nothing new - this is the journey our cars will be taking at some point from the Ford assembly plant just north of Mexico City (Cuautitlán) to the port in Veracruz.

Is it adding 180 days to it?

The webpage has two variables in it, the lower range in weeks, and the upper range in weeks.

If you are lucky you get the range of 14 - 16 weeks, if you are unlucky you get 20 - 23 weeks. So the page adds either 112 days or 160 days respectively onto todays date to calculate the estimated delivery.

I live in the city centre at the moment, so can't have a charge point. Have survived the last 3 years with my Plug-in Hybrid using only public chargers.

It's a good question though - @portlandg built a new garage for his car... I'm having to buy a new house ? ? ?

Octopus do a cheap 5p per kwh rate during the night. You need a smart meter.
