The lucky winner was a person from this forum. Somehow though they were not happy with the color or something they wanted grabber blue.

But then they decided they were fine with the beautiful, amazing awesomeness of the red.

But a sudden freakout, triggered by some start button thing caused the deal to fall through.

Any of you guys know anything about it?

Ford Mustang Mach-E Update on Mach-E launch progress from engineering friends in Mexico funny as hell

sorry just for fun lol ? ;) ?

given the paperwork saying the FE is an option package on top of the Premium AWD ER, it seems reasonable that the VINs might be undifferentiated.
No difference in VINs between the two. I may or may not know mine and hypothetically they are the same. Keep your sticker as it will say FE Package or something similar.

The shipping manifest template shows, Dealer FCTP rail out first. Premium will be made and some select and route 1. The First edition will then rail out second after Dealer FCTP.

So the lot at the OKTB "date" will be full many FE and premium. The premium that are not Dealer FCTP will rail out Third.

Some Dealers well get select some California some premium.

The word again on the FIrst edition shows 3,000. Plus the mache drop which I don't know the number. No where did it show north America or Europe or vice versus. Sorry.

like said times before guys lol. I know everyone is hungry for the Mache, awesome.
But the line will run al models down the line to start for build reason and the dealer FCTP are all different models.

All I ask for all this info is pics of all of you enjoying your ford product.
Timeline makes perfect sense. I doubt there will be a large gap between the models as they are shipping out with similar timeline. Just means that the DC area (and other markets) FEs will come in around the same time.

As a size note, I have been trying to compare sizes of other vehicles and thing the Volvo XC60 is likely the closest. It is 2 inches higher, but 3 inches shorter. The Audi Q5 is close, too. Trying to figure out my garage space.

I don't know that I'm not there putting the VIN stamp on lol. There is a decoder on this forum about it somewhere I think.
Sorry the question wasnt meant for you specifically. But as those who mentioned that the vins would be similar it would make sense that the FE's are being built at the same time as premiums then. So maybe only the dealers/service would know if it was a real FE. At the same those who get an FE might think twice about debadging them since they wont be recognizable otherwise, obviously other than the small details.

No issue with them being built at the same time. I’m talking about actually getting delivered to paying customers ahead of first editions. The whole point is, they’re supposed to be “first”.
Its quite possible the last few FEs and first few Premiums delivered around same time to end customers given variation between location, delivery times etc.... MachE Drop customers FEs and first reserved premiums probably get made similar time frame

So this confirms things we've heard before and updates timing a bit:
1) Dealers get cars for test drives first. We probably get a chance to test drive a car before ours arrive.
2) First Editions will be right behind them. In some areas maybe together?
3) Premium and other buyers should definitely get a chance to test drive first.
4) ~2,000 FCTP by 23 October as they get the line up to full speed
5) followed by 3,000 FE starting 26 October -- 3 weeks max
6) At least 2 weeks of Premiums by OKTB
