Can you change the colors of the light?

Yes. Like 4 different colors. I think red, yellow, blue, orange. Mine is red.

this is actually slightly disappointing to me since ICE Mustangs have three "MyColor" settings (although I forget if that's just for the dash, or for the ambient light also). Easy enough to add in an OTA though.

Never crossed my mind until someone spotted it as soon as the build date emails hit.

This may have been a financial decision. If Ford needs EV credits -- which I think is the case -- then:

1. Does the sale occur when the vehicle is shipped? (I think the answer is "Yes").

2. Is Ford ensuring that shipments to the relevant CARB states occur before the end of the year? (I think the answer here is also "Yes" but I haven't really looked at it.)

It doesn't always matter when the product is delivered. The understanding I had was that when we heard the car was being built we would have a conversation, but the contract would not be signed until the car was on their lot. So in our case it will be at the same time essentially.

By the way . . . Found out my Bronco Sport FE never did get cancelled. Sales Manager said he did not know why . . . I’m thinking he wanted it after all. It will be a nice car for a fossil burner. Same build week -12/14.

It's called Lightning Blue. Choices were Kona or Lightning Blues in 18. Would love if it was one of the MachE choices.

That is very true. My 2014 Fusion Hybrid was sold to me September 25th, 2015, although it was built two years before. All the factory warranties applied from this date on, as a brand new car.
