I'd guess it's this weekend/week since they've started getting it setup. I think the last one in Dearborn started on a Sunday, so the California one may start this Sunday as well.

We still won't have reviews until the embargo lifts on December 15th (Kyle from Out of Spec mentioned 6AM EST on December 15th when referring to video drops).

What are we looking at here? I see a bunch of Mach E’s under what appears to be an underpass or outdoor parking garage. Is this a loading area?

Looks like the parking garage of the Westin Hotel at LAX, where those 2 loading vans were shown a couple of pages back. Presumably getting ready for the 2nd media event. I may be remembering wrong, but I think I saw dates of Dec 10-12 somewhere for it.

i was told that the LA dealers had training yesterday as a group on the MME. I thought this may be part of that. My buddy also told me that Galpin also uses Reliable moving vans for shipping cars as well. What is interesting is that Galpin Ford is so large that they have their own railroad station for car deliveries in their storage area. I am surprised that the cars were not shipped directly there by rail.

Guys!!! On my window sticker and my dealer demo window sticker it had a bottom date of 11/24/20 (maybe the original OKTB date) and it has been changed today, it is now 12/05/20!!! Is it OKTB date?!?! ?

Should be pre-production units. Which means they (reportedly) aren't allowed to be FCTP demos. Doesn't necessarily mean Ford won't use them in some other demo way though (like these touring road shows). They just can't be sold to anyone (even a dealership).

I love the yellow/gold/orange color too. Contrasts perfectly with the black trim (the real reason that front grille fits so well, that they failed to explain). Wish they offered it in the FE. I'd have picked that over the red, although I'm happy with the red too. We just already have a red Escape.

That would seem to be a good thing for Ford if it creates interest and buzz. The cars are not a secret.
