USB C "outlet" not working

Lately, when I plug my phone into the USB C outlet, it's hit or miss - sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
I changed wires and tried other phones - it's definitely the outlet.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I'm bringing the car into the dealer and would rather tell THEM what's wrong than THEM telling ME!
(The primary reason for the dealer visit is that my seat cushion is "cracking..")

Mine did this for the first time yesterday. I did a hard reset of Sync by holding the volume down and skip ahead button for 10 seconds on the steering wheel and it fixed it. Electronics man...

Same as you, but for backseats. Reset helps for the front USB, but the one behind the console of the backseats have never worked :/

Have you poked out the compressed pocket fluff from the ‘phone charge port lately with a wooden or plastic tooth pick?
