Unfortunately no and there is no way to make that happen. It is a security thing.

I always forget about that. Literally the only thing I use it for is to stop navigation when it randomly decides to start directions to my home. Even if I’m in my garage.

All due respect, but to ask Ford for voice commands to open the trunk etc, you have more chance of winning the lottery. See me Post in 2022 when I asked Ford for voice commands whilst driving (Mach-e Voice Commands), just see their response. Seems giving us a variety of games to play and other entertainment options is more important than safety.

I can understand why Ford would not want voice commands enabling windows, trunk, and frung while the car is not stopped.
Those are safety precautions.
Besides you have several options to open the trunk that won't strain your muscles.

That being said... Why can't they fix the trunk button on my 2021 that worked for three years and now works intermittently. It's a software fix because the FOB still works to open it.

I’m sorry - could you be more specific? Where is this trunk black button located? Do you mean the one on the underside of the hatch?
