Hi,
Has anyone had a problem with the washer fluid leaking on the trunk?

when using it last week, I’ve noticed a dripping inside the the trunk. I'm not sure if that is a simple fix (connect ahise) or if I should bring it in to Ford for servicing.

I don't have a leak--that I know of--but, when I use the back washer, I hear the liquid moving in the ceiling about where my left shoulder is. I'm hoping it isn't leaking anywhere as the sound of it is unnerving. So far though, everything looks dry. I'm hoping the sound is normal.

There have been others with similar issues and certainly if you can’t find the leak you need to get it in for service!

I've opened the panel. Nothing seems disconnected but it is leaking profusely when using it.

I had mine leaking after the panoramic roof recall. My leak was on the driver side in the rear trunk area. When I pulled the trim panel back, I could see an open connection in the washer fluid line. I fiddled around with it but couldn’t get it to snap tightly in place. I ended up searching the internet and found a replacement fitting that only sort of worked. I ended up taping it together with electrical tape to hold the two fittings together. Seems to have worked so far.

Yup, I had this issue. It leaked into the headliner and stained it. The dealer I went to ordered a new headliner and fixed it under warranty. Then, when installing the new headliner, they broke it again, so it leaked into the new headliner. I gave up after that. They just kind of cleaned it up and offered to detail my car for free, but I don't really trust them now.

Some people complained a junction was bad right above the ceiling liner. So, look for possible leaks there. Either way, if under warranty, just have them check.

Yes the hose is probably disconnected somewhere. The hose runs from the tank, through the firewall, up the A-pillar, over the headliner and into the rear liftgate. There are several connections along the way, if one comes loose then it will dump fluid there and it won't make it to the window.

I am having this exact same problem. The hose going into the rubber grommet is cracked on mine so the problem is obvious. The issue is I don't know how to get this out or fix it.. anyone have any idea? The hose and grommet look like a single piece?

Mine was covered under warranty. But i saw in this forum someone who fixed it himself. But could not find it now.
