I've had around 30 OTAs since I bought the car. Three or four of them threw the "unable to retrieve" message in the app, including 4.2.4. I believe I was always able get the data from inside the car.

I don't know if anyone else has seen this, but ever since this Power Up installed on 4\3, my Mach E stops charging randomly at home. It goes to amber on the charging ring lights. Re-seating the connector seems to clear it temporarily, but a few hours later it happens again. Has anyone else seen behavior like that?

Yep I checked in-car and it was 4.2.4 with notes and all. This is the first time that FordPass has differed from what it says in-car. Well for our Mach-E anyway.

Not anything we have experienced on ours. Which power up did you get on 4/3? Not all Mach-Es get the same power up on the same day

So 2023 vehicles still seem to be on a different program? Last OTA on my 23 was 4.2.2.2 last month.

I also noticed some changes in sounds in the car. Like when you look away while in blue cruise the chime is different.

My husband mentioned the same thing about the start up chime he thought that was a little different as well. I have also noticed some times lately the car makes some sort of chime after startup that is particularly prolonged, but no warning shows up on the dash.

These last few updates seem to have been level-up updates.

4.2.2.2 - Adds Camera icon to header bar for 2023MY vehicles
Prior updates gave this to

4.2.3 - Adds ability to connect Mach-E to public or other WiFi hotspots (presumably '23's).
Prior updates gave this to '21-'22 Mach-E's

4.2.4 - Adds ability to record voice recommendations and send them to Ford (presumably '23's).
Prior updates gave this to '21-'22 Mach-E's

So these updates seem to be putting '21, '22, '23's on a common playing field for all but Bluecruise 1.2.

That said, when Bluecruise 1.2 rolls out to '21 and '22's, Ford would have then done a big clean-up job on releases which should make building and releasing updates more streamlined across all Mach-E's.

** Yes. There are many that are still on earlier versions like 3.5.2, 3.5.3, 3.5.4, 3.6.2, etc.
