Thats a lot of driving compared to what I do lol, I go from I-70 to GJ so I'll luckily be fine with chargers for that, but hopefully they'll be more to come.
You’ll have no problem then...EA has plenty of chargers along I-70! We do most of our driving between Colorado Springs and Ridgway...staying south of I-70 to avoid those crowds. There are a handful of L2 chargers in this area but not much else. Though since there’s a Tesla supercharger station in Pagosa Springs I hold out hope for that to change.

Mazda CX-5, but really it’s replacing our prior Mazda3.

We bought a large SUV last November and wanted to trade in our CX-5 but it has more add-ons (tow hitch, weather tech mats, rails, winter tires, etc) than our 3 so it made more sense to keep it another year. In my mind we are replacing our 3 so I am biased and think of the MME more as a hatchback/wagon.

2013 Chevrolet Volt. We will actually be keeping it as our "second" car and getting rid of a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is currently our "second" car but has not been driven since 2013 (run it around the private block every once a while just to keep parts moving and on a trickle charge). It is actually currently listed as "stored" on insurance and not tagged. It was kept and listed as stored on insurance to maintain the two-car discount as when we went to remove it, our insurance cost went way up (and it is only $5 every 6 months to is it as stored)!

Anyone explored what it may cost to insure the Mach E yet?

I will be replacing my 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with 196,000 miles (maybe hit 200K by the time I get my MME). Great car, no issues, still works fine. I wonder how much I can get for a trade-in?

Replacing my legs.

except for those short journeys, down the stairs, to the bathroom, etc. Not sure MME can handle that yet.

slightly more serious note replacing my other electric transportation - boosted board

2018 Audi Q5 Premium. Love the car. Fast for it's class. MPG is ok for an SUV. Audi maintenance costs can burn in hell.

I am also upgrading from a Ford hybrid: a 2014 Fusion Hybrid LE sedan. After driving five years with electric power, I want to go fully electric. I have seen and sat in a Tesla Model S sedan, but I don't like its interior design, nor its $100k price, and I only buy U.S. brands. I did drive two Ford Mustangs before. So I can wait unril 2021 or even 2022 for the Mustaang Mach-E.

2015 Subaru Outback to a Mustang Mach-E GT.

My wife thinks it's insane to spend this kind of money on a car. I've wanted a Mustang GT since I was a pimply-faced teenager and since she's reluctantly agreed to my midlife crisis car, I'm all-in and getting it!
Wait until you see how much money the Mach E will save for you guys. Your wife will wonder why you waited so long to switch to an EV when the true costs are tallied.
