No, that's why I said when warranted. I would hope that a company would be able to differentiate between plain hate and constructive criticism. For example if Sandy Munro, tells you your car is great but your finishing looks like a Hyundai from the 90's you should maybe look into it and not ignore it. If there is an issue with multiple cases of screens shutting down that could be a dangerous situation and you have a mandatory recall then there needs to be some acknowledgment on there part, at least some sort of response. To say that they've acted in an arrogant way as of late, I don't think is too far fetched.
I mean there's a report of M3 that burst into flames in China yesterday. Right away there was a response from CATL explaining that it wasn't one of their batteries and that the reason was an impact to the undercarriage, again no response from Tesla. As a company you can't go on like this.
