Won’t charge with ChargePoint home charger

Ever since the last update to charge point connection, my Mach e won’t charge with my ChargePoint home charger.


I have reset the charger and re paired it to the car. Still won’t charge.

No problem charging at public chargers.

Anyone else having same problem?

What does the ChargePoint app say and what does the car say? What do you mean by "re paired it to the car"?

Do you know anyone else with a plugin car that can try to plug in to your charger?

As @generaltso said, you don't pair the car with the ChargePoint app.

Delete the latest update it is a bad update, just like the latest One UI update, I read it could have glitches or be unstable, but I don't have a smart watch or wireless ear buds so I really will not be using the One UI. I just literally read this about the newest update to One UI

This may confuse the charge detection module and may disable charging all together I don't know how sofiticated the charging system is on the Mach E's and isn't plugging an extension cord the slow charging way? If your vehicle is at 40% and you need to get somewhere your fucked, hahaha

Still always will drive a gas or diesel powered vehicle, because doesn't matter how much accessories you have on the alternator keeps up with the power demand ?‍

Still not following. Double plugging is a common way to override charging schedules. What does that have to do with an extension cord?

Really the charge point home app latest update, if you are able to delete the latest update and see if it starts charging again then it's the latest app update.

The EVSE doesn’t use the app to charge the car.
