Hopefully somebody on the forum who's located in your region has access to FDRS. Those of us that have access here in the US have been prohibited from looking up VINs outside the US by Ford Cyber Security. Our accounts will get blocked if we look up vehicles not sold in the US originally.
Thanks for letting me know. When I make it back we might just take a run down to the ford dealer and have them check it out. They stopped selling the mme here in NZ last year.

Can someone check my cars VIN, WF0TR3SU3MMA05504, it is a 2021 extended range AWD in the UK. It has gone to the Ford dealer to be diagnosed, for the powertrain malfunction message I got in the app. I am trying to work out if there is any hope of it being fixed before I drive to Paris on Monday.

You may want to ask that question over in the UK member section. Those of us here in the US with access to FDRS or PTS are no longer allowed to look up VINs from outside the US. We'll get our accounts blocked by Ford Cyber Security.

2023 USA. I have the recall appointment scheduled for the 12-volt lock out scheduled for this Tuesday. Would like them to also apply any updates, but last time I was there, I was told there weren't any (but I doubt they checked)

VIN: 3FMTK3R77PMA66315

Well if that's what they told you they must not have checked.....

In fact you have some updates available that could be blocking other updates from showing up. And your car has reported DTCs consistent with the attached TSB. So you should bring this to their attention (repeat after me: "I'm having problems with my lane keeping.").
Best of luck...

Had my 2023 Mach-E GT PE in for the 12v recall this week. I bought it as a leftover in June of this year but have had a 'Not completed' Smart Changes(Priority Update - Connectivity)message on the software update screen since then. (23-PU1113-UNX-DC). The Vin# is 3FMTK4SX5PMA90015

I've heard that the 6.10 update enables a lot of google maps and some fordpass features that I currently don't have so I'd like to get caught up but I think something is stuck at this point. Any insights would be appreciated.

Last OTA attempt on this vehicle was back in April. It was APIM update 10.1.0 and it expired because the car did not ping the server back to accept it. When an OTA gets sent to a vehicle, it must be turned on in order for it to kick-start the steps the OTA follows to download and install. Connectivity seems to be working fine and it is not reporting any codes of concern. Now that the vehicle is being used, the next time it gets sent an OTA, it should go through.

Your 10.2 OTA got cancelled by Ford back at the beginning of August. Doesn't matter though because you're going to get 25S65 applied, which knocks out the same powertrain module updates that OTA 10.2 would have done (red stars on the chart below).

The other things you have available would be nice to have done...but unless you've got some specific issues not reflected by the DTCs I'm seeing (not a lot and mostly historical transient codes) then they will likely not do much else. You may want to ask them to perform a 12V battery test to confirm it doesn't need replacing.

Do you think that it will also work the other way around: that for all who now receive 10.2, that this will also apply the 25S65 changes? And also acknowledges back that 25S65 got implemented for the car?

They paused 10.2 over here a while ago. I think it was because they were working on updating and testing the set of powertrain updates that were going to be sent out as the 25S65 fix (PCM, SOBDMC, and for some a BECM). I don't know if anybody who a) hasn't either already gotten 10.2 or b) is in the process of getting 25S65 done at their service center, will ever get OTA 10.2. I mean if you get the 25S65 set of updates...that's newer than the 10.2 powertrain updates anyway. Does that make sense?
