Changed my mind. Not a fan of this update anymore. The font sizes are too big for me with my iPhone text size needs for all other apps. If it’s greater than the 3rd from left position you don’t even see entire status. On iPhone 16

Hi. Thanks for the response. I don’t though that’s why it’s a bit disappointing. I love that they’re trying new things for us even aesthetic changes… but seems like an oversight to me

No sir. It’s literally just tied to the Text size setting that I noted in past and screen captured moments ago as well. That setting you reference is found in the display zoom setting

Did you go to Settings > Accessibility > Display and Text Size and look to see if LARGER TEXT is turned on? This is independent and has nothing to do with the Display Zoom setting.

In the Energy tab you can ad-hoc set the charging percentage. Handy when charging to 100% occasionally for longer trips. Touching this bar now instantly crashed the app. Anyone else encountered this?

Gotta laugh at many of these responses. If Ford mailed gold bars to owners, many would say they are too heavy...

No matter what any company does on anything, people complain. Companies can't win no matter what. But, when Ford got rid of the trip planning (2023?), they promised to bring it back, and haven't. They also had alerts for the doors opening and simply got rid of those to sell the feature as Ford Security, which is BS.

I get that it is a tremendous hardship to hit the Controls button to see the frunk opening or hatch opening buttons. Sometimes, life is so hard.

Having been in software development for over 40 years, this is typical especially around UI development. I sat is many of meetings with UI designers and feedback loops and you would never ship a product if you tried to satisfy everyone.

Just tested and it saved new charge percentage no problem, no crash -Android on S24 Ultra

Am I the only one who actually likes the new app? I like being able to set my update schedule and departure times directly from the app now.

I don't think it is perfect but I like it
For example, I don't think the software update schedule needs to be on the front page (it should be in the maintenance section). Similarly, the next departure time on the main page should take you to the page to set the departure times when you click on ot (rather than having that section buried in the charging page).
