Dumb question
Let me know how that works out for you.... ?I have to press every time when car is charged 100% to get increased range
What is the two finger honk? Thanks for the extensive review - I have the same car except in carbonized gray metallic. I agree with your comments about the sync 4A system. I live in a part California - where the temp rarely gets to freezing unless I drive toward the Sierras, so range decrease from cold weather is not as much of an issue now. I posted elsewhere in response to others that both PAAK and homelink (neighborhood gate and garage) work well for me. I have left the FOB in the house and my the car unlocks with a push of the door button with just the phone in my pocket. I also use the two finger lock on the door code that works well every time. I do this to prevent the lock honk. Wish there was a way to walk away from the car and leave it unlocked and not have the car lock/honk. I almost never lock my cars in the garage. Annoying - but the two finger lock works well to prevent the honk. The plug in nozzle that came with the car is much easier to get in at home than when using the nozzles at the commercial chargers - really have to force the nozzle to get it seated In those units. (Anyone found any tricks to get the nozzle to seat easily?) Will have the Ford wall mount with the stated 30 mph charge installed in 10 days. Should significantly decrease the need to use the commercial chargers. I use an iPhone 12 pro too but with an Apple case and the phone stays put. I will check the beginning and end charge percentage on my next outing. Agree the interior is fairly plush with no issues. The sound par looks and sounds great. I have put a screen cloth in the center console to clean the screen which gets smudged fairly easily as does the door lock area and above. Again thanks for the review. PS Why did you not want the car detailed? I just really enjoyed the fresh start.
You do realize it doesn't have any effect on your car's energy usage or efficiency at all, just on the estimate the car makes on what that efficiency/range will be?I have to press every time when car is charged 100% to get increased range
I only stayed at work for about 5 hours. Temps rose to about 37F by this time. When I got in the Mach-E the range estimate had lowered to 152miles remaining, still around 85% battery (sorry I forgot to snap a picture at this point).Home much range did it loose sitting at work? How long was it sitting there and at what temperatre? did you notice reduced range or efficiency on the ay back as the battery and cabin was not conditioned?
What is the two finger honk?
It’s not a two finger honk but a two finger lock. You can lock the car by simultaneously pushing and holding the bottom two rows of the keyless door code on the driver‘s side of the car. This will prevent the automatic lock with honk that can be annoying when parking at home. You can disable this feature in the settings but then the car will not automatically lock when you walk away - like when you go to the store, etc. You then have to remember to lock the car with the two finger hold method or the FOB.What is the two finger honk?
You can use the walk away lock without the audible feeback (horn sounding)....It’s not a two finger honk but a two finger lock. Thanks - I will try this in a couple of hours - The only downside is that you don’t get an audible lock confirmation when you walk away - say at the store or elsewhere. But maybe you can here the mirrors fold when it locks. Would like a feature that does not automatically lock at your home but does everywhere else. You can use the walk away lock without the audible feeback (horn sounding)....

I agree on location based - Can be slightly annoying having it always lock in my garage. Thanks - I will try this in a couple of hours - The only downside is that you don’t get an audible lock confirmation when you walk away - say at the store or elsewhere. I wish the FordPass app would show you if it's locked/unlocked, windows up/down.Thanks - I will try this in a couple of hours - The only downside is that you don’t get an audible lock confirmation when you walk away - say at the store or elsewhere. after the 20 miles of joy riding in the Mexico sand.. we will all need to change this day 1Here's a picture of the cabin air filter in case anyone cares. It's very easy to change - I actually used the built-in owners manual in Sync to see how to do it, very helpful!

That's exactly why I pulled it, so much dust in the car during delivery I figured it could be filthy. It wasn't too bad though, but will order a replacement soon just to start fresh.after the 20 miles of joy riding in the Mexico sand.. we will all need to change this day 1
Slightly? The Bolt has an autolock feature after about 6 seconds. For the longest time I had it on and it drove my wife nuts....especially in the garage LOL.I agree on location based - Can be slightly annoying having it always lock in my garage.
As long as it reliably unlocks when you have your phone in your pocket, this would probably be okay with me. But if it autolocks in the garage and doesn't unlock when I walk up to it, yeah that would be annoying.Slightly? The Bolt has an autolock feature after about 6 seconds.
