Dealer Lost Vehicle Visibility of Mach_E's

Just for the record and the corporate overlords watching this thread and curating my access to our IT systems, I'm officially NOT accepting payment for tracking VINs! I'm also not passing on proprietary information, secrets, observing GIS classifications, etc.

If something special happens, such as the OP's dealer claiming that something was removed from vehicle visibility, I can take a look. Otherwise, there are simply too many of you all, and I'm spending most of my time trying to figure out why my car is taking so long!

My dealer just texted me with an update on my MME. It's currently in Helena, MT. Based on other delivery info from others on this forum, it should be delivered the first week of March which is what the Ford site has as an ETA. Time to put my wife's car on the market.

My mach drop has not had any updates in VV since my In Transit date of 1/25, same as JellyBelly. I know it was at the argentine ramp on 2/7, not still at the factory. I was thinking that all mach drops might be this way, but I don't know if that is the case. Hopefully it will take the same 15 days my dealer's FCTP did, which would put in at the dealer next Monday. Today would be even better. ?

I know of 3 Mach Drops coming to Colorado so I've been watching the VINs in VV and Pals app.

Car 1: Left the factory on 1/25, arrived in KC on 2/9, arrived at the rail offload point here in Colorado yesterday.

Car 2: Left the factory on 1/26. No other updates in VV or Palsapp (still pending).

Car 3: Left the factory on 2/1. Arrived in KC on 2/18 - updated in VV and Palsapp shows delivered in KC.

My car shipped on 1/26, due for delivery b/w 2/17 and 2/23. According to Palsapp it arrived in Louisville, KY from KC on 2/14. Still sitting in Louisville as far as I can tell. Dealer says his system onlys shows that it's East of Tuscon. Says I have better info than he does!

You're beating me in the race East. Mine shipped out the next day, no news from dealer or Palsapp.

It sounds like the reason for my VV not reporting is not because it is a mach drop, unless when they put the mach drop orders in they were not consistent in that process - Julie, where are you? ?‍

My dealer's visibilty report is also old and out of date and I know for a fact the car has moved since the report. I think once the car gets to KS, reports are iffy at best. The dispatcher there said that. (mine is a mach drop too, but the visibility system once it ships isn't reliable in general)

VV does show details or has shown details for many. No updates from plant to KC so it’s same for all. From KC to next stage VV sort of works but has been hit and miss.
