Yes. Sometimes it has a time saving, sometimes it doesn’t. It is giving you a re-routing option.

Your car might be in English (UK) -- mine was actually, noticed when I was looking through settings. Change it to English (US).

Easiest Translation "Very slow or stopped traffic ahead."

But yeah, isn't it a confusing message? A longer definition is that there is something causing a queue of cars that is very slow or stopped. The queue may block one lane (such as when you have a clogged exit so the right lane is stopped), or the entire roadway (such as road construction or an accident which as completely blocked the roadway).

Very interesting.....I will keep watch and see if I can sort it out.

I did have WAZE active, but not running a navigation route-in the hopes I would get Speed Cam & Police Alerts. That may explain the 0 minutes, nothing to compare.

The English/American thing may actually be because I have my WAZE narrator set to an Australian woman.

Although this Texas DOT spokesman talks about End of Queue.
