Undecided on daily driving in winter. I'm already gun shy of any rain or storms in the area, so probably will try to keep it as pristine as possible and have another plan / car available for winter driving. If I would, I will definitely get mud/snow tires for winter - but I know some people get new wheels and swap full wheels/tires between winter and summer. Thanks for the updates. I'm also in tech leadership and there are times where there just is no energy or availability outside of the job.
I've got a silver GT PE being built next week. And, I've been in Cedar Rapids in February. Are you planning on using this as a daily driver in the winter? If so, are you going to get winter tires/wheels? Being in the foothills of Colorado and has been my MO for the last 20 years. Putting Blizzaks on her Audi Q5 is transformational in the winter. I drove one winter here with summer tires, one arm in a sling and a stick shift. Too old for that now.
Looking forward to your videos and stories of enjoyment!
