Last Thursday Ford moved my 11/21-11/27 ETA to 12/29-1/4. Seemingly arbitrarily, today they added another day, now 12/30-1/5. SMH.

WTF!!!!! My delivery window slipped again from 12/5-12/11 to now 12/17-12/25. Very GRUMPY now! :mad:

How do you track once it says it’s been delivered to KC to NS Voltz? I successfully registered on the United Road trucking site, but as far as I can tell, I won’t see much on that site until it’s transported by rail to Delaware. Interestingly, United Road OVISS lists a rail car update on 12/2, but when I trace it with the CSX phone line, it says it was delivered in February ?‍♂.

Hoping to fill in that KC to Delaware blindspot! Apologies if there’s a simple tracker that I missed in all these pages!

How do you track once it says it’s been delivered to KC to NS Voltz? I successfully registered on the United Road trucking site, but as far as I can tell, I won’t see much on that site until it’s transported by rail to Delaware. Interestingly, United Road OVISS lists a rail car update on 12/2, but when I trace it with the CSX phone line, it says it was delivered in February ?‍♂.

Hoping to fill in that KC to Delaware blindspot! Apologies if there’s a simple tracker that I missed in all these pages!
If your car is being transported via NS, it will have been transferred from KC to Birmingham, MO, where it's boarded onto a NS rail car.

If you have your rail car # via United Road, call NS's 800 number to track it:

Dial: 800-635-5768. At the prompts, press 2 for Intermodal, then 2 again for tracing. Then you have to enter the alphabetic portion of the rail car, followed by #. For example, for TTGX, you'll enter 8849#. Next it asks for the numeric portion of the railcar identifier, so enter that, also followed by #.

Good luck, but keep in mind that we (and the dealers, and Ford, for that matter) are all at the mercy of these trucking companies, such as United Road.

Mine still says estimated 1/3...I hope that doesn't get extended. Seems crazy that our cars are parked in the same lot but yet have different delivery estimates and have roughly the same 30 miles to go to reach our respective dealers...

Because I saw this and your location, I just checked my order. I'm now seeing the identical dates. This is getting very upsetting.

Thanks for the details! I’ll try that when I’m out of my Zoom calls ?. Hope you get that truck driver soon…

Can you check mine again as well? It was previously on CNA712900 but that car hasn't moved since 11/9 per NS 1-800 number.

EXTRAPOLATING…
A Mach-E VIN that was delivered to my dealer today (according to United Road) had a build date that was EXACTLY 1 week earlier than mine (10/8 vs 10/15).

Could this mean mine will be delivered next Tuesday? :p:p:p

Thinking maybe NS had some weird phone issues today. Tried a number of times to trace…could never even get to the point of entering the rail car number. A variety of very odd issues…
