Unraveling Production Mystery

I'm trying to figure out when my MME GTPE will finish production. I've got four pieces of information that do not reconcile: 1) Ford tracker says the car went into production 12/15/2021. 2) The software modules have been loaded. 3) The window sticker (created 12/16/2021) says 2021 model year. 4) The dealer sent me a status update that says production starts 1/20/2022. Very confusing and the dealer is unable to clarify.

Any thoughts?

I have no inside information, but just my recent experience. I just received confirmation that my car completed production yesterday. But like you, I would get conflicting information from the As Built and shop.ford tools. Your car was a day ahead of mine on the schedule, so I assume it should be completed soon. But the tracking and communication for this process seems to be hit or miss (I am being kind since it is the Holiday Season). Here's hoping your car is hipped soon.

Your status on the VVR is "Produced", so the car has already finished production. The 1/20/22-1/26/22 window is the ETA of when Ford thinks your car will arrive at the dealer. Don't put too much faith in that ETA as shipping times appear to be very hit or miss.

What daniel9478 said. It was produced on 12/15 and is awaiting shipment. No holds currently (4435). ETA to dealer Jan 26th.

David, I'm using the same dealer. I have a 1/3 build week for a 22 Premium AWD ER. I would appreciate hearing about your experience with them when you pick up the car. Frank

I bought my MME FE there in March. They treated me well and took X Plan with no problem.
