Sure it would be enough - how long it would last would be dependent on your load and whatever the SOC was when the backup began.
JEEBUS! I just did a look up of the F-150 emergency power setup.

Well, that explains why the extended battery versions start at $70K...it comes with a fricking charger that rated at 240V/80A!

Man, that's massive! ("That's what she said!" <- That's a joke foul, but I'm not letting anyone else take it!) You need a frickin' 100A circuit just for that bad boy if you want the max capacity!

I want all the gimmick from the rebuilt DB6 in the latest James Bond movie, if you have ever driven through Dela-Where you would know why! Having grown up and lived most of my life in NYC, I NEVER experienced the level of stupidity I witness here.

It would be interesting to see if the Mach-E and the appropriate charging station could be setup like the F-150 Lightning and act as a backup battery for a house...but I don't think the available 88 KWh would be enough...but maybe?

its not 'available' as a standard option, but it's really NOT hard to export energy from the MME 12v connection points to run your house in emergency, or camping gear, etc. as long as you keep the peak loads less than 2000watts or so. I can run my house for DAYS from the MME depending on how full a charge I have.

My Biggest Requests would be:
- easier access to 12v connection points, without Mod
- 4-pin electrical connector for rear hitch and 'allowed' hitch rating for bikes and small Utility use... i.e. SUV
- 'performance seat' option for front seats that are light, well bolstered, microsuede (not slippery) seats that do not NEED heating or cooling to be comfortable.

- A 13:1 steering ratio... 14.6 isn't too bad though!

- A slightly smaller turning radius. The larger Subaru Outback can turn tighter than the MME. Sad.

- A steering wheel that actually tilts parallel to the floor like most sports cars and many regular cars.

- I'd also like this steering wheel to telescope more. The steering column was clearly designed primarily for shortish overweight people and/or people that generally don't do any type of spirited driving.
ooohhhhh, definitely a great suggestion!
I am 6' tall, so the seat has to be back a ways to support legs well.... but this means my arms are way too extended for 'spirited' cornering thru the mountains. I'd like the wheel several inches closer!

I also really hated the stock seats without shoulder bolster.... and swapped in a decent Corbeau.... I wish it had been available stock as an option.

I came here to say I'd like bidirectional power.

I have a solar + battery system. My battery is 20kWh total capacity, 10kWh usable. That's enough to last our household about 8 hours on pure battery during the winter (real-life experience), if we're not doing anything wild (no dryer, no washing machine, avoid the microwave and stove, but with forced air gas heater motor running intermittently).

Our real-life rule of thumb is we draw around 800-1000 W in normal usage. If we had 91 kWh, even if only 80% is usable, we would have approximately 70 hours. Probably somewhat less if we were cooking on our regular schedule.

I haven't taken delivery yet but what I really wanted when I ordered but couldn't get was 1) A normal sunroof that I can open 2) An option for wider wheels and tires. (The latter is easy enough to add aftermarket.)

Little things I wished for would be a more solid feeling gear selector, physical controls for hvac, a 110v plug in the trunk.

More user controls that are attached to the screen. I have a strange feeling that we'll be able to get new features but have to pay for them in the subscription environment. Good thing we got some of the original cars before they start doing that to the new ones as they're already deleting features.

1. Battery Preconditioning
2. Battery Preconditioning
3. Battery Preconditioning

Specifically, there should be both on-demand (FordPass and/or on the center display) and navigation-integrated preconditioning.

I had time to think about that today while I was chugging along at 37kw because my battery was too cold this morning.

A programmable function button on the steering wheel or dash (or even better, several) that you can map any menu function to.

Oh how I wish I could turn the AC on/off with a physical button!
