We're getting it on the GT lines as well and we are on a higher sync version that y'all so I don't think that has much to do with it.

They are just sporadic and who the heck knows for sure why it is happening.
have a GT too and getting it

The issue has been identified and it has nothing to do with filters or anything on the customer end. Can't say much more at this time but it shouldn't cause any downstream issues. Though it also shouldn't have happened in the first place, so.....
This is a perfect example of where Ford falls flat on its face. Social media help here clearly doesn't know this. I assume if I called they would also not know this.

Why isn't knowledge like this immediately incorporated into the support database? Issue identified, will be fixed by ____

Here I was all smug that you all found a problem my car didn't have. Nope, now it's every time I get in it. I swear I am not going to let my car read this forum anymore.

Because it’s a silly little annnoyance of a bug? My car drove fine and I just clicked ok. I hope they fix it but it’s definitely not an issue they need all hands on deck to address.

You don't get the issue, which is giving out inaccurate fix info to customers when there is no fix.

And it is a big issue if you're on a trip needing chargers...

Don't say anything about not using the Nav, they will remove it.
Then charge us more money for the " Upgrade "

Actually it might surprise you but not every MME owner is on this forum and the fact that the vehicle AND the FordPass app isn’t showing any chargers is a pretty big deal. If we want mass EV adoption we need things like this to work

Got it twice today (GTPE). And when I click on the map to find chargers? It can’t find any within 200 miles (which definitely is wrong). I haven’t used NAV in about a month. Haven’t changed any settings. It pops up as soon as I start.

I just bought the car from Richmond VA and drove it 850 back to FL. Used the Nav and mapped out charging stations the whole way. I got this notice about 10 times. The first time I kinda panicked for about 30 seconds and then double checked my map, miles left, range and battery percentage and realized unless all those were wrong it was just a bug. The nav was still accurate and still mapping to the selected charger.

I have a whole set of things to research after the drive and I’m thankful for this forum! I’m sure I’m preaching to the choir, but FordPass never seemed to work well when it comes to charging. All sorts of errors, inability to connect, disconnect errors, unable to find chargers, etc. That part was way more stressful since idk if it’s user error or FordPass.

You were brave to start off with a road trip in an EV! How many times did you have to stop for charging? I know of another member of this Forum that bought his car in Tampa and then drove it back to Fort Worth, Tx.

I don't know.....it is kinda annoying. I get that message 4 or 5 times per day. Today I was driving around with clients in my car and they seemed to really like the car but the constant message about no chargers in range kinda put them off a bit. "Why is your car so worried about chargers? Are we going to make it? We can get out and push if needed...."

They both had a good laugh. I doubt they will consider a Ford as their first BEV though....

Just saying......

I got a “pre-collision not available” yesterday which still hasn’t gone away and multiple “Chargers unreachable” today… I have had almost 10k miles of trouble free performance before this though. I hope Ford gets this sorted out soon!
