You will eventually get the BlueCruise OTA updates. Or, you can go into the dealer and get 21G01 performed, which will give you BC.

I have scheduled my visit for 4/18 if the updates don't begin next week.
THANKS! Is there any way to tell if the OTA updates begin? I can check my phone and easily see what version of the operating system It’s running but that doesn’t seem to be the case with the MME.

I’ve been told by my local dealer that my Job 2 MME (build date 7/24/22) does not show up in Oasis as eligible for the 21P22 update. Any guesses on how long it will take before my VIN appears, or should I check with another dealer? Is there anyway to check my VIN myself or can someone on this forum?

Are you sure that is your actual build date? (Assuming you meant 7/24/21).

Send me a message with your VIN.

Well that is the production date, which I have seen some on this forum refer to as the build date. This screen cap from the order process shows 9/27/2021 as the completion date. Is that the actual build date?

Your build date is July 24, 2021 so it should be showing up. However it is not showing up for some reason. Same for some other vehicles I checked. I guess it's not clear to me if the expansion applies to only some vehicles, or all with that date range. I think the original version applied to all vehicles. So it may be a problem with the expansion being applied properly in the computer system causing it to not show up?

Question: Has anyone in the expanded VIN range (June 18 2021 - Sept 30 2021) gotten 21P22 done successfully at your dealer yet?

You may have a bit of an uphill battle with your dealer, they should pull up your VIN in OASIS, click the SSSC (Special Service Support Center) link at the bottom of the page, and make a case asking if 21P22 applies to your VIN, and if so why it isn't showing up under field service actions.

With the original CSP vehicles would it show up on the FordPass site under available CSPs in the recall section?

Yes it showed up in yellow as a FSA on the OASIS page for the vehicle.

EDIT: IDK if it showed up in FordPass since customer notifications weren't sent.

My build date is July 3 21 and nothing in FordPass for me showing up, wonder if they haven’t processed VINs yet

Dealer won’t perform this for my July 3 build since it doesn’t show up in Oasis as an FSA. I guess since they gotta do this with the BC update, that’s probably why there’s not a separate FSA for it for these VINS? I’m not ready to let them handle the BC update yet though.

Would anyone kindly check for my car? I assummed it would show up in FordPass at some point. (I swear when I had a deal on a Job 1 car, it showed up in FordPass, as I was pushing them to do it)

My car had 9/14 on the window sticker and has 9/21 on the door tag, so I assume it falls into the date range.

It appears Ford may have finally fixed their VIN lists so 21P22 shows up when the dealer searches your VIN in the OASIS system. Vehicles in the expansion that were previously denied can try again with your dealer. It was not showing up for the expanded group previously due to some kind of glitch.

Something weird going on with my VIN on the Ford site, says it’s invalid
