Wow, the green check means the module doesn't have any codes, it doesn't mean it's up to date! He has to click on the SW updates tab and keep going until the modules listed in the recall don't show up anymore.

I'd go right back and tell him he didn't do the recall updates. Remind him that lying about performing safety recalls is serious business. Ford has fired technicians and service managers for doing this, and fined dealers heavily for this deceptive practice.
The paperwork says it wasn't done but I didn't find that out until I picked up the car the next day. They also couldn't fix my leaky taillight, so I have to bring it back for that. I think I'll try another dealer.

Well that's not quite as bad, that means he just lied to your face rather than to Ford. Yes, try another one if you can.

Hi, really sorry to be a pain, my car is still in with the dealer and they have said they've updated some of the software, I wonder if someone could please run WF0TR1RM4MMA30003 for me so I can compare with the list from FDRS from the other day to see if they have done what they said. I'm sure they have as they've been really good with me so far, but have a need to understand what's going on. Thanks!

They are having issues with the GWM module communicating with the IPMA. So I think they've been focused on that rather than updating modules.

Here's what's left to update:

Thanks Mike. It’s there because I get repeated ‘electrical system drain’ messages so maybe the two modules not communicating is contributing to that. Hopefully they’ll find a solution soon. But they said it could be a glitch in any module.

Would like to be able to show service tech just what is able to be updated.
Thanking all those who are able to provide these listings of updates available!

Wow, can’t believe there are so many updates and I haven’t received one OTA.

thanks again
It's my understanding that Job 2 cars have only recently started getting any OTAs. I would suggest setting your schedule to receive updates during the time you will be commuting in an urban area with good AT&T coverage and signal strength. This will also ensure your 12V battery state of charge (SOC) is likely to be above 80% as well, and both are requirements of the logic function that decides whether or not your TCU will download and apply updates.

If for some reason you check and your updates button is grayed out (while parked) you may have a different problem which would require the dealer tech to perform a "Module Repair" if your APIM or TCU require that to start getting updates (that would be CSP 22B08).
