We can check EU as well. They have not yet ran any updates and the recall updates are currently offline. I recommend you send the request again in a couple of days.
Thanks! I will.

2021 Mustang Mach-e Select RWD

I purchased a used 2021 Select back in November 2021 and have yet to receive an OTA update. I've had it into the dealership 3 times now and they insist everything is fully up-to-date. My car doesn't have blue-cruise and I can't tell what version of Power Up I should be on but it seems like I'm still on 1.4 because pushing the volume button doesn't turn on the calm screen. If I am still on 1.4, it seems like I should at least be at 1.7 by this point even with a 2021. Since it's used, I'm not sure of the build date. Sync 4 shows version 2013_PRODUCT, Revision:243.

I have to go back to the dealership again over the rain sensor that they said they fixed but didn't and would love to be able to see if I can find out if they're being straight with me on the 'fully updated' status.

Recently bought a used Premium AWD Ex and have an appointment Thursday to install modules/recall software (if possible) as BlueCruise doesn't appear to be working. Hoping someone can look up my VIN and see what modules are installed so I can try to diagnose the issue:

I'm planning to use the recall as a reason to come to the dealership and ask them to apply 21P22 and hopefully everything else that is not up to date (will they do it?).
Can someone please check what can be updated?

PowerUps and actual update status do not necessarily correlate.

Previously back on May 16th the issue of whether or not you were getting OTAs was investigated according to FDRS, as well as looking into the procedures for getting "unstuck" (TSB 22-2150) and many updates were done on that date. You may want to ask if they will consider doing the 22P08 procedure to confirm whether or not you have a stuck module.

But as shown above, other than the iPhone wireless charging issue fix (WACM) and the charging fix for some DCFC issues (OBCC) the rest are the power management updates that came out (PCM, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMC) to address recent issues.

These would likely take about 30 minutes to do, tops.

Best,

Mike

5 Dec '21 build date, a classic "slipped-through-the-cracks" Job 2 car.

I say that because unlike Job 1 cars that are getting all the love recently, your car and others like it in the Dec build timeframe have been getting overlooked in the OTA and update areas. Not eligible for CSP 21P22 (unless something has changed since this update)

But there is a fix that addresses cars that have BlueCruise that it is no longer working on. Ask your service manager to look that one up.

Here's the list of updates available for your car:

There are a bunch that are not in 21P22.... does your dealer tech like doughnuts? You may need some form of incentive or "customer complaint" associated with some of these other ones to get them done for free. Unless they're just feeling magnanimous.

@Mike G - do you know which missed updates prevent multi-day OTA schedule to be working? Or even single-day schedule? Because it's not getting saved.

You're saying it won't save your settings? I haven't seen that before.

Or are you saying that updates don't seem to be getting checked and applied at the times you've selected?

The change appears to be saved (getting a pop-up that it was saved, open the schedule and see my choice there), but after the car is turned off and stays off for a while (falls asleep?) the selection is gone and it shows Thursday 12:00 AM. If I restart the car right away, the selection is still there.

You need to tell the service advisor that specific problem. They may need to update your APIM configuration or re-load your APIM software.
