iPhone getting warm? Driver's seat settings not matching the profile for that key fob? PAAK occasionally not working on you car? Wishing you had a better charge curve above 80%? HVAC not remembering your settings between restarts?

Hmmm.. I wonder if any of these would be able to help.... ?

Best,

Most, but not all! He has a 2022 and should already have the improved charging curve, I believe. I think that is just a newer OBCC update "bug fixes and performance improvements" of course.

My VIN # is 3FMTK3R72MMA62801, would appreciate any insights into what updates I might be eligible for. Obviously I am seeing any when going through the regular way looking over the OTA route.

OTAs are highly overrated and do not cover a lot of the things in this list (yet):

I had the recall OTA yesterday - so curious what FDRS looks like for me now. Really wanting to get some things updated to see if it'll fix some small annoyances I've had recently (Infotainment randomly restarting, sound randomly only coming from right speakers and requires multiple infotainment restarts to fix, easy entry-exit not working, remote start not actually updating outside temps so HVAC runs super low even though it's 90F+ outside so car doesn't cool adequately, etc.). Unfortunately my dealers service department isn't the best but I may just have to bite the bullet and aggravate them.

Thanks!

Well, first here are the updates you still have showing, and it's all what you expected to see:

Second, since you're showing that you got an OTA for the recall it might be useful to know the current versions of the software for your '21 Job 1 Prem AWD ER:

PCM MJ98-14C204-BBJ
BECM NJ98-14C197-BB
SOBDM LJ98-14F476-AS
SOBDMB LJ98-14H297-DD
SOBDMC ML3T-14H094-DH

This is exactly one week to the day since I last checked your VIN on the 6th, and these are the current versions of software that are no longer on your list as of today's check, so that is what got updated.

Thanks again Mike, very helpful!

Hopefully I can use the these available updates as possible solutions to my complaints to get my dealership to run them. They typically want a SSM or whatever it's called to excuse them doing any updates though.

My car was at the dealership getting various modules updated when the HVBJB patch came out… but I don’t trust that my dealer would be savvy enough to apply the patch, or alternately, report that they had if they did. So I’m not sure whether to be looking out for an OTA update or not.

Well it looks like updates that would comprise the recall are available, but I can't speak to what versions would be applied based on the "tooltips" of these module updates.

So I would be looking out for an OTA if you do routinely get those. Or have a discussion with your service department...either way.
