I'm about to take my 1-ish year old Mach-e in for its 10,000 mile tire rotation (and hopefully as many updates as possible) within the next week or so. I'm in need of CSP 21P22 and 22S41, but am curious about any other updates available.

I also had an OTA update (horizontal volume and games) in January which failed partially and reverted in early July to the previous version (no games!) after failing again.

2.8.2 delivered to your car a broken software update. This is well known. The fix is the next OTA you will receive which will be "22-PU0601-SRV-RC" which should un-bork what was borked.

Then you will eventually get OTA 2.8.3.

Hi I just received 2.8.2 OTA. Does the software space out updates by a certain amount of dates or could they occur every scheduled update check?

I have received OTA 2.8.3 and Blue Cruse service is enabled in my connected services. However, Blue Cruise does not see me trigger any interstate highways which are Blue Cruise enabled. What software updates is my car missing ? Thank you so much

They will most likely download when you're out driving around. The scheduled time is what time you want them to install. They can occur on successive days if they have been queued by Ford for your car.

There are the updates that are available for your car:

If you have PowerUp 2.8.3 you should have BlueCruise capability. I recommend that you schedule a visit with your dealer to have this issue checked as there are troubleshooting steps they can take to determine why your car will not enable Hands-Free BlueCruise on the interstates.

Cruise Control Module.

In all likelihood it would get updated along with the CMR, IPMA, and the PSCM since they are all related to cruise control functions and would need to all be at compatible software versions (BlueCruise).
