You've only got three available updates, the BCM, DSM and the WACM.

You should contact your service manager and have them pull your VIN up in PTS while you're on the phone to discuss the DTCs you've had and go from there.

Here's the list of available updates:

Just so we're all on the same page...the 22S41 recall updates include the PCM, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMB, and SOBDMC, (with 2WD cars having one less module than AWD versions).

The rest of this list are for the most part cruise-control related updates (CCM, CMR, IPMA, PSCM, IPC), with the final remaining few intended to address specific complaints, (GSM, HVAC, WACM).

Here's the list of available updates:

You have the standard 22S41 updates (minus the SOBDMB because your car is 2WD).

You may want to ask your tech to update the GWM (gateway module) before starting the recall modules, since that one is the network controller for all the other modules and based on 'best-practices' is usually updated before any other modules if it appears in the list.

You have some cruise control related module updates (CCM, IPMA, PSCM) as well as some updates designed to address specific customer complaints (BCM, HVAC, GSM, WACM).

You are eligible for CSP 21P22 in addition to the recall programming (22S41). And I'm guessing you've never gotten an OTA ever. Either that or you're one of those who's systems are 'stuck' and can't get updates., cause this list is the largest I've seen in a while:

UPDATE 3: Still an issue. I reinstalled the app and added the car and once again the OTA schedule defaulted/changed back to Thursday at midnight. I have a trip tomorrow so I wanted nav and charging. I will try and not to nose in at EA tomorrow and no WOT. FMC OTA department worked hard to resolve it. I have a case number and will call them on Wednesday. Seems very strange that the schedule stays correct in the app and faults in the car. I am doing scheduling in the car. Any ideas anyone?

I want to believe that our cars actually remember the schedule, but don't display them correctly after the car awakes from a deep sleep - when my car was in the dealer's shop they worked on this issue and changed the schedule several times, according to my FordPass. I would try to set the time for Wednesday prior to the call with OTA department and have them push an update that requires a scheduled time. Will it work on the set time on Wednesday? Or Thursday midnight? Or never? Then it's a real problem.

Deleted the fordpass app yesterday and reinstalled. Now I can’t sync my phone to the car. Bluetooth works for CarPlay but not for the key. OTA 2.8.2 messed me up.
Received the mongoose adapter. Tomorrow I get the charger and this weekend I’ll do all the updates myself.
I received 2.8.2 three weeks ago, then nothing more. I don’t understand why the rest of the updates don’t come.

Just got home from my trip. No trouble after DCFC. I deleted the car from my app/account. Set the OTA schedule for Wednesday at 1:00 AM. So maybe an update will come through if the schedule does not change. If not, back on the phone with FMC. At least this will be a longer test on app versus car schedule.

I’m under the understanding that the day and time is for installation only. Your update will download at anytime.
