Thanks. I’m still on 3.11. I got notice to accept 3.2.1 about 3 weeks ago. I accepted it. But then nothing happened since. No new game or little Alexa icon. My fordapp says my last update was 3.1. But my sync list most recent update is blue cruise map.
Also my recall icon disappeared from my fordapp

my sync version is
21297. Revision 253

So I have no clue what I got.

It seems like a lot of owners are having problems getting their software updates at the dealership. It was definitely worth buying the obd ll adapter and charger and doing the updates at home. The learning experience was great and I fixed most of my little bugs.

Would you have links for:
- what to get?
- how to use these item(s)?
- what can be updated through them?

Well just tell them what you're having problems with (like iPhone charging if that's the case) and the fact that you know CSP 21P22 has not been completed and neither has 21G01 BlueCruise...in no way should that overwhelm them at this point. They've had months to figure out how to program Mach-E's and '21/'22 F-150s that have many of the same internals.

They should be able to step up at this point. Seriously, we have un-trained civilians on this forum who can program updates and get APIMS unstuck. A Ford trained tech ought to be able to do it by now wouldn't you think?
very frustrated with the dealer at this point. It’s been there 3 days now and today they told me my software was up to date. It’s not; 1.7.1 failed in July. They also told me not to use a case with my iPhone 13 and the charging should be fine. I asked that they call ford’s tech assistance tomorrow and try to get a manual update. Anyone know how to tell if the APIM is possibly bad?

In to service for a dead car, modules where updated and 12 V charged but which was updated and why it died in the first place is very unclear. Anyone up for running a check? VIN 3FMTK3SUXMMA28315

Well today they looked up the wireless charging issue and then did nothing else.

They didn't finish up your 21P22 updates either...and I think I know why. There are no outstanding field service actions for your car on the ETIS system. So some tech or dealership got paid for 21P22 and possibly the BlueCruise update as well (21G01) but never finished the programming. And that's why your dealership won't do it. You should open a case with Ford to get this stuff fixed. It looks like whatever dealership it was it happened on July 8th. And they had problems with the APIM programming repeatedly (apparently not having a proper powersupply at the time) so they quit and gave the car back unfinished. But somebody took credit and got paid labor for those two programs 21P22 and 21G01 and now they won't finish them cause they can't charge labor for it.

Yesterday the OBCC and RFA were updated. Lots of reading up on how to change the 12V battery.

Today the Gear Shift Module was updated and a bit of reading up on the 22S41 HVJB recall.

Here's the list of modules you still have available to update...and many of them are covered under the program 21P22 at Ford's cost.

If the car's still in the shop I'd ask them to do the 21P22 updates.

Nevermind...you're in the same boat as the other guy I just looked up...some dealer the car was in to on 2 Feb started on the 21P22 list and then bailed out on doing the rest of it like the door modules. So they've gotten paid for it and left you unable to get these door modules updated now. They won't get updated with an OTA any time soon and they were supposed to get done under program 21P22, but just like the other poster the dealer tech screwed him and claimed the labor for it but didn't do the job. Leaving you holding the bag. If you know what dealership the car was in on 2 Feb I'd take it back to them and tell them they got paid and need to finish the frickin' job.

I am so glad I do all my own updates. It makes me mad when these guys take advantage.

Can someone check - 3FMTK3RM1MMA07150

I got some OTA updates the last few months and remember the last to be the one to address the recall. But the Ford pass app keeps having a warning message saying recall is incomplete.

Thanks

22S41 is complete. It's likely the message just hasn't cleared yet. And because it was done OTA it may take a while.

Takes about 3 weeks for the recall message in fordpass to disappear.
