That's a new site to me (it has been a year since I went through this). Sites I've been using:

I've never been able to get the ford.com link to work for me. I put my info in and it just sits there. I use some of the other trackers and it works just fine.

But I did finally get a window sticker on Friday.

Did you put the order in online or at the dealer? I think if you did at the dealer the online stuff wont work but not sure.

It was an online order, so I'm not sure what the issue has been.

I've tried both the 4 character order number the dealer gave me and the 8 digit one that is in my Ford profile (it actually says that ones is invalid) but nothing happens.

It's not the 8 digit code order number. It's a 6 digit code with a letter followed by 5 numbers, ex. A22334

You'll find this in the upper right of the build summary that the dealer provided or they can give you their dealer code.

Does it show up on the window sticker anywhere? I've tried everything I can come up with (I've got my order summary in front of me now) but everything comes back as invalid or doesn't do anything at all.

There's a lot of links and data inputs. What link are you using and what are you trying to find?

Just trying to use the Ford tracker or the one here https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details

I input the order number (F627) and my VIN, and both just sit there. I can come back to it 10 minutes later and nothing changes. I input the sales code: F27465 on my order confirmation sheet and it says it is invalid. I can retrieve my window sticker from the Ordertrack site.

It isn't a huge deal, just curious as to why I can't get it to work.

Yeah, strange. Your sales code looks correct but I haven't seen a 4 digit order code with a letter before? Mine is just a 4 digit number.

I don't find that link particularly useful, it doesn't seem to pull up half of the things it lists. I just save the ford tracker, Motorcraft module tracker and personalized window sticker link to my favorites for quick access.

You can also use this user created app that combines the Ford status, modules tracker, and window sticker.

Both orders I have in now, the 22 I took over and the 23 I placed before being offered the 22, are both a letter and 3 numbers. Both were placed in person at the dealership.

I'm still trying to figure out where the ramp code RH02 is geographically. Not seeing it anywhere in lists, just on the window sticker and the invoice.

It does. If you look down in the box at the bottom of the window sticker, it'll say "item #:" and have something formatted like number, number - letter, number, number, number OT/A. Look after the - in that and you'll see the order number. So, for example in 22-J050 OT/A, J050 would be the order number. It should be pretty much bottom center near the total MSRP green box.

It works. Both of mine were at the dealership. Obviously can't see the 23 order info yet, but the 22 is already there. Only thing that isn't showing up yet is the modules since I'm not scheduled for build until 9/23. I'll be refreshing the page several times that day.

Here is a list of Ramp Codes that was posted on the Lightning forum. It's only partially baked as a number of codes are missing still.

Thanks. That's the list I was referring to. My best guess is it's in Alabama south of Birmingham, but I need more info. I'm near Atlanta for reference.

The code RH02 is Ford's code, which I searched for, but couldn't find it, either.
If you can get your dealer to send you screenshots of the VVR it will give you the details (although it can run ~10 or more days behind, leading you to believe that the unit is stuck or could arrive without warning.) I've not been watching train service to the southeast but many MME orders were coming by Norfolk Southern from KC. Dealer may know where MME units delivered to them arrive before the final truck trip.

The VVR isn't showing much since I'm not scheduled until 9/23 as far as I can tell for build. This is what they printed out for me yesterday. It's not very helpful yet, but the invoice and window sticker are both showing RH02.
