GTPE here, I'm right around 11k miles and just checked my tires. I'm close to the wear bars. I may be able to squeeze out another 2k or 3k.

So pretty much going to have to replace tires well under 15k miles.

How many miles are you guys getting out of your OEMs?

The GTPE has different tires than all the other trims. Others have noted very low mileage wears those out. They should not be used below 45 degrees, which isn't an issue in LA I would guess. @dtbaker61 says his are done at 18,000.

I'm right at 11,000 miles, I'll be changing them to all season yokohamas about mid-november. I'm pretty close to the wear bars.

Stock tires on my Select were Michelin all season.... totally spent at 18,500. We have rough pavement, and I do a fair bit of spirited mountain driving.

New tires are +1 width, 245/55zr18 conti dws06. Very happy with them.

My Premium has Michelin A/S as well. I replaced them at 50k miles (actually 49,655 but who is counting?). They measured between 4/32" and 5/32" when I replaced them. They lasted about twice as long as I was expecting them to last. ?

My 21 AWD Select has 32K and I expect them to last at least 40K, possibly 45K.

I was hoping for closer to 40k from the Michelin A/S, but was down to 'nuthin' at 18,500

I am really liking my new Conti DWS 06 a/s.... pretty good in wet, and the tread pattern looks promising for light snow use. I have Vredestiens for real winter, but the Conti seem to be great for a/s

My Premium has Michelin A/S. I am at 15,000 miles and am almost at the wear bars. I do a lot of spirited back country road driving though.

I just ordered a set of the Michelin Pilot Sport all season 4 tires. These are the same tires that are on my C8 Corvette and I have been very impressed with the wear and performance on it. At 9,000 miles on the Corvette they are nowhere close to being worn and I run it on the same roads I run the MME on.

Same here, at 31k miles and dealer says there's hardly any wear

AWD ER. 14,601 mikes. So far. I’ll update tomorrow when I get back from Hilo. ;)

Seriously, the tires still look new. They’re also not dummer tires like some trim lines have.

My 2022 GTPE came with Pirelli PZero 245/45R20 XL tires, specially made for EVs. They are said to optimize stickiness and LRR, although that seems like an oxymoron to me. Still going strong at almost 5K miles.

When it comes time to replace them, I'm thinking I'll probably go with either the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S or the Michelin Crossclimate2. Where I live, winter driving isn't a concern and I can keep performance summer tires on all year.

Tire manufacturers are beginning to offer tires that are "EV Tuned". Choices in my tire size include:
  • Michelin Pilot Sport 4
  • Pirelli PZero (PZ4) the Ford OEM choice
  • Continental ProContact RX
  • Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season
  • Pirelli Cinturato P7 Blue
These all seem like great tires. The Pirellis are more expensive than the other brands. Any opinions on these choices?

My 2021 Premium had plenty of wear left after 25,000 miles.
