Two days ago, My 2021 MME GT threw the dreaded alerts: Powertrain malfunction / reduced power / High voltage battery warning. My spouse got it to the local Ford dealer the same day.
This morning our service rep notified us that its the High Voltage Regulator, it is unsafe to drive, they have no idea when the part will come in, and we will have a really crummy, stripped down Kia rental car for the foreseeable future.
Anybody have advice on how to handle this? Do we just go with what the dealership is telling us, or contact Ford Corporate directly?
This is so frustrating.
