I live in Italy and have already been to a Ford workshop... but they knew less than me. They said the Ford techs connected but they are on the latest version for my VIN. Can someone kindly check if they are actually on the latest version? I haven't received updates for months, and the latest ones showed up with a check, but confirming it, "the system is up to date" appeared. Something doesn't add up to me.

My Vin: WF0TK1E79NMA20945
Sync4: 21355_PRODUCT
Rev: 316

Thank you

Welcome to the forum!

FDRS shows a 3 Apr '22 build date for your car.

Here's the list of available updates:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others WF0TK1E79NMA20945-6-Dec-22

Quite often the reason an APIM update hasn't shown up is that there is either a GWM (gateway) or TCU (telematics modem) update that hasn't updated yet...and due to software dependencies the APIM update won't show up until either or both of those updates have been done.

You do have a GWM update in your list and it's possible that this is keeping you from receiving any newer updates to your Sync system (APIM).

In fact the more I think about it...did you have your APIM replaced on 24 October? Because a PMI was done on that date. And the Sync version you say you have now "21355_PRODUCT Rev: 316" I don't think ever came out on a '22 model Mach-E, especially one that was made in April of this year. Did they install an APIM from a '21 model Mach-E possibly?

I think you need to take the car back and tell them you want to open a case with Ford to get this corrected. Something is not right here.

Hi Mike, thanks for all your help! I got the updates and recalls done and believe I'm up to date on the OTA updates. Would you be able to check for me one more time to see if there is anything else crucial that the dealer may have missed? Thank you!! VIN : 3FMTK3SS1MMA49245

P.S. Is it possible to know if my HVBJB has been replaced or not in the past?

Those 4 door modules you had updated on the 1st of Nov? Yeah, they reverted them back to the original revision so they're back on your list again.

There are only a handful of sessions in FDRS for your VIN. Dating back to 27 Aug '21.

None of them indicate that any HVJB work was done ( I would be looking for the battery pack bleeding procedures etc. and I don't see that anywhere).

They may have replaced your MY22 APIM with one that had firmware for a 21MY car. At least that's what it looks like to me.

I had a software update performed at the dealer earlier this year that supposedly included the 22S41 contactor A Weld Issue in the customer service update. Now Ford is sending me a recall notice saying that i need to get this fixed. Is it possible to confirm what updates I have, and don't have? My VIN is 3FMTK4SE7MME00076. Thank you in advance!

7 Jul '21 build date, one of the first Job 2 cars (and a GT).

That date you refer to was 10 Aug '22 when the tech did the 21P22 and 22S41 updates.

But ETIS still shows that you haven't had the update performed...so it's likely that the dealership only charged the labor to do the updates to the 21P22 program and not the recall.
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK4SE7MME00076-ETIS

But the good news for you is that all those same modules have been updated again. So you could take your car in and get them to update them (again) for free under the 22S41 recall program to pay for the labor.

That HVAC update is covered by a program and your dealer is supposed to update that before you pick the car up (or it's recommended). Here's the link..

You should ask them to knock these updates out before you pick it up and see what they say.
