You do have the latest Sync refreshed interface based on your APIM software revision "-BB".

The only thing showing in your list of available software updates are the 4 door modules that got reverted from the "-AL" version your car has now to the older, but apparently better suited "-AH" revision. You may want to ask your dealership to apply those before taking delivery.

As to where your car might be right now...FDRS has no visibility on that sort of thing that I'm aware of.

Sorry to change the subject but have you every used the Shell recharge chargers in Hudson on 19. I have stop there 4 times in the last 6 months and they never work.
