For you or anyone else in the know, are any of these showing that I still need the HVBJB software recall? I am fairly certain that I received an OTA update for it, but received a mailer from Ford stating I still need to get it.

Also, 15 updates seem like a lot. Am I just not getting OTA updates like I should?

You’re not showing the HVAC software download available. You probably have been updated already. It was version 3.6.1 OTA.

Thanks Richard. I think I wasn’t clear.My last update was the HVAC so I’m set there. I was inquiring about the alert the car gives you before it stops functioning due to the battery junction box issue. The one that tells you to get serviced before getting to the “Stop Safely Now” message.

No, I read it wrong. There is a second update to the junction box. Mine was in the PCM file. You either need to do it via FDRS or take it to the dealer.

I was under the impression that the hold on BlueCruise programming was not yet lifted. Afterall, the Ford staff are only just returning to work today.

Awesome, thanks. I will discuss this list with them to see if I can get more of them done.

My appt is specifically for the HVAC and Bluecruise issues, along with getting a second fob and FINALLY doing the roof/windshield fix. I will be really PO'd if they tell me they can't do any of that, so I guess I'll just see how it goes.

I really appreciate your research into the above!

That GWM (gateway) is an important one....but I'm wondering how you have only one door update available (out of 4)? It looks like the front passenger side door didn't get updated. Weird.

The maps expiration is where I run into a wall based on other troubleshooting tips. I have no indication of any maps on the about page. Any ideas?

Yes, you should see a line below the onboard modem saying something about your hands-free driving expiration date. You'll have to see a dealer to get that fixed.
