Hi Mike

Could you run my VIN? I'm headed into the dealer tomorrow... mostly for the issue that my fob often sets me up in my wife's profile, but also the loss of Bluetooth, and the HVAC update. Not sure if the hot phone issue is still there since I don't use the charger that often. When I talked to the service department at my dealer on this stuff, they were beyond clueless. Wish me luck...

So from what you've mentioned...you can probably expect the DSM, and the WACM to get updated.

You'd have to ask them to do the rest if you have no 'customer concerns' that would cause them to update the rest. The powertrain set of updates (PCM, SOBDM, SOBDMB, SOBDMC) takes like 10 minutes to do and the OBCC is another two minutes, same with the BCM. The APIM would take around 25 minutes total becasue of the shutdown/wait/restart sequence.

Hmm I just got OTA 4.1.1 but dealer did all updates in Dec so not sure it updated anything. Do we still get Power Ups even if everything is updated?

That new Sync 640 APIM update is ready when you are.

Sorry...I really didn't answer your question...yes OTA 4.1.1 is a gateway update you got which will be followed by OTA 4.1.2 which is the APIM update in your available list right now....and then there will be another gateway update after that.

That GWM (gateway) should be done before all the others in this list and should come by OTA if the tech doesn't do it first. I think others in Norway have gotten this by OTA. Your dealer tech should have a page in the PTS system called "OTA dashboard" that they can check to see if you have any history of OTAs. And if not you should be able to get the car diagnosed for that under warranty.

Taking my car in to the dealer tomorrow to do the HVAC update as I’m still on 3.5.4.2. Just wondering if the GWM is here. I will push to get them to update as many modules as I can. Any particular order they should be updated in? What would be your recommendations? Thanks 3FMTK3SSXMMA50149
