Edit:
So I gathered the list of issues I had:-
1- Cold air from HVAC
2- outdated system 3.5.3
3- extremely slow dcfc

I called Ford dealership yesterday, luckily they had a mobile technician! great, he showed up today and ran updates on my car, did hvac recall, on board charger, ran pcm and that also ran some updates, the AC blows now slightly warmer air, will retest today when I drive, will test dcfc next time I charge, but my system is still stuck at 3.5.2

Am I asking for too much @Ford Motor Company ?? all I want is hot air when I turn on the heater and the door to open when I press the door button, that's it, I gave up on the slow sync system and the 5 second performance limit.

1 time out of 7 the heater actually blows hot air, doesn't matter, E-Heat is enabled/disabled, AC is on/off, or temp set at max or not.
1 time out of 3 my driver door actually opens the first press. ( I don't use PAAK, I use my keyfob )
1 time out of 5 my rear passenger door opens the first press. ( I don't use PAAK, I use my keyfob )

Does anyone else struggle with this?

I don't. Since your problems seem to be easily repeatable, have your dealer check it out. Or have you already?

I took the GT for this last year, couldn't replicate the heater, did like an update for the door but nothing changed for me, this is happening on my select, last time I took the car to the shop, had to wait 3 hours for a rental that cost me $150 in gas in 4 or 5 days of use, I try my best to avoid visiting the dealer now, main reason of this post is to see if anyone else had this issue, what they did and if there is a hack or reset somewhere that I can use.

I don't know about the air conditioning issue, but the door issue isn't fixable. Don't bother the dealer with that. It's just a bad, poorly though out design that we will have to live with.

Door issues, a bit, I use PaaK only, but yeah usually push twice. The heat has never been an issue. I use Auto though, and cant see the climate screen from your shot, if you pull that up is Heat on? If you have temp set to 80, but auto off, and heat off, i would think the car would be blowing outside air only, so not hot.

My heater doesn't really do much of anything, other than when I'm warming up the car in the garage. So I know it works, it just cannot produce a reasonable amount of heat when driving. I don't think this is anything that is fixable. For me, I don't mind. I don't like to be hot. But I definitely understand if people are upset if they only get the level of heat that I get.

Likewise with the doors. With the key fob, it mostly works on the first press. But if it's with my phone, it can easily take up to 10 presses.

Not that it helps your situation but I never went with PAAK. Heat work always and have never had an issue with doors. Of course that could have nothing to do with going fob only but just my experience.

The door buttons I have to press more than once a lot of the time.

I never have a problem with the heater, but I always have the auto function selected (I see on the display your auto is not on). I have a regular work schedule so I have the departure times set and the car is almost always ready to go when I get in and I use the remote start a lot to turn on the car 5 minutes before leaving a restaurant, store, etc.

Take this with a grain of salt, but the 3 times that I've used the heater in my car here in Florida, it seems to have done a good job of making the car hot. But it was only like 30 degrees outside.

As far as the door button presses are concerned, that's a phone bluetooth/Mach E bluetooth issue that has confounded many of us. Sometimes I have to make sure that my phone is unlocked and the Ford Pass is open in order for one button press of the door button to work. Sometimes I have to put the next to the door button and other times I can keep the phone in my pocket. But it varies from week to week in terms of which method works well for me.

I've had zero issues with using the key fob to unlock the car rather then PAAK. I far prefer the key fob after having dealt the PAAK on our (traded in) MY.

I also attest to the reliable door function when using the fob.

Mine used to occasionally require a second press when I first got the car (more than 2 years ago) - it was like the first press woke up the car and the second one opened the door. Along the way, some update fixed that.

The auto setting seems to be a bit of a problem, you can open the full setting , select heat and max fan and you should get a bunch of heat.

Why aren't you using AUTO? Manual changes to the HVAC may impact the ability of the heater to perform, such as setting the fan speed too high or too low.

Also, it does take a minute or two for the heater to warm up. When I start my car, the fan speed is kept deliberately low for a minute until the coolant has warmed up, then the fan speed increases.

If you haven't yet, I'd recommend getting the HVAC module update done to improve heat output.

That is the problem, if you select MAX fan the air won't be as warm, and you will lose more heat. Do not use higher than fan speed 4 with heat or you won't be happy.

I strongly recommend you use AUTO, it knows better than you about how to manage things for optimal performance and efficiency. AUTO 3 is plenty of fan speed for heat. On the rare occasion the windows fog up, then use MAX defrost for a minute before putting it back to AUTO. The updated HVAC software released last month helps with the fogging.
