In early April i became concerned that I wasn't getting any updates. In January I got 4.1.1 and nothing since. I went to the dealer- left the car- and 3 days later was told to pick up car. They said they did a Master reset, BUT nothing had changed except that I lost all my presets and all the connectivity connections.

In the process of resetting everything I discovered that the 'schedule software update' would not let me save a schedule. I would put in a time and days and hitSAVE - nothing happened. Then I tried holding then Save button. After 20 seconds it beeped and turned from blue to. white. I then hit exit and a pop-up ask if I wanted to save the setting. I clicked 'yes' and it returned to the schedule but nothing was saved. Now when I hit exit nothing happens. To get out of this screen I had go back to the main screen. I went thru the process multiple times to confirm what it was doing.

I took the car back to the dealer and showed the service advisor what was happening. I said he would need the car for several days and he would contact me when he had a loaner. That was a week ago

Can FDRS tell me anything about this problem? I feel fairly certain this was caused by 4.1.1

VIN: 3FMTK3RM1NMA30705. Any (all) help appreciated

On the 6th of April they did some diagnostic work and updated your RFA (Bluetooth) and repeatedly tried to do things like reading the gateway config data, attempting to update the gateway software, (it does look like the last time they tried it worked according to FDRS though). But if you were still having problems then obviously it wasn't sorted. Short version is; what they are focussed on is your GWM (gateway) module which is the network controller for the cars systems. There's no evidence that anybody has connected up to the car do do any programming or diagnostics since the 6th though. OTA 4.1.1 was a gateway update BTW.

You do have an APIM (Sync) update in your list that would be the same as OTA 4.1.2 when it gets there (unless the shop does it for you using FDRS).

You're doing pretty well for an EU owner!

We all just got the door modules in our lists this morning. I think that GWM (gateway) should come as an OTA for you.
Hello, I noticed my car just received Power-Up 3.5.2.1, could someone please re-check my VIN to see what is still left?

I didn't mention that an update (presumably 4.1.2) was attempted on 2/13 but failed

I think you'll start seeing updates right after the tech updates your PCM. You're updates may be blocked by a "PCM dependency" problem that many of us had over the holidays.

Here's the list:

Thank you!

I'm curious if the dealer did updates before selling me my Mach-E two weeks ago.

Could I get a check on 3FMTK1SS0NMA46732 ?

If there are any updates, what can I complain about to get them done at the dealer?

(I wonder if the problems I'm having with Bluetooth are stuck updates).

I'm going to reset my update schedule for my afternoon commute, per the suggestion above. Afternoon schedule is more predicable for me than morning.

Lee/Mike/other guru,

I had been stuck for almost a year at 2.7.1 with no updates. I got 22S41 and 22B28 done at the dealer on 2/22/23, and that seemed to open the flood gates, regular OTAs have been flowing.

Since then, I received 2.7.3, 2.7.4, 2.8.1, 22-PU0727-VI-FXB 21G0 (Bluecruise), 22-PU0727-SCH-POPB, 3.5.2, 3.5.3, and now I have the Alexa logo.

Since I think I am approaching the 3.6.1/3.6.2 area where some folks have been stuck, I'm wondering if you know whether the PCM update on 2/22/23 as part of 22S41 will preclude the PCM dependency issue, or if there was another PCM update after that I may need.

I'd prefer not to get stuck again if I can avoid it. FE Jan '21 build, 3FMTK3SU5MMA10711.

Thanks in advance!

You have no RFA update in your list (Bluetooth). I don't think you'll be getting the newer Sync update until somebody knocks out that PCM update.

So what you're looking for is that GWM in this list to arrive:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK3SU5MMA10711-17-Apr-23

After that you'll get the APIM update to the new Sync 640.

So check your update schedule to make sure it's set to a time you'll be driving the car (like on a commute to or from work).

Thank you! I'll go to my dealer and complain about fogging on defrost (I think that's the HVAC update?) And see if they knock out the others... Or maybe my new update schedule grabs them first.
