How will the Mach-e owner pay for charging at Tesla supercharger? Will it be plug and charge?

I believe the press releases said that it will be enabled in the FordPass app and in the Blue Oval Charging Network. That would mean you can activate it via the FP app or if you have BOCN connected to your VIN, you can plug and charge. ??

Recent Tesla SC locations I have seen in So Cal tells me that unless Tesla installs way more SC, we Ford owners will be fighting for a charge.

2 new SC locations in Diamond Bar, CA and West Covina, CA have been full and Tesla drivers waiting to charge.

Can you imagine, what would happen if Ford, GM and others open up to charge at SC ?

Here is a morning snapshot of my MME charging all by it's lonesome at EVGo in Diamond Bar while all the Tesla SC were full and a line of Tesla drivers waiting...

If they were to take away the CCS port what would they do with all of the other charging networks under Ford Blue oval that use CCS
Nothing. There would still be a large number of CCS MMEs and Tesla has a DCFC CCS-1 to NACS adapter. More choices.

Tesla accounts for 64% of the electric cars around, they're going to be more of them. SuperCharger stations are about 58% of the total. They're always going to have more demand. Lineups aren't all that common though. I've seen a grand total of 4 Teslas charging at the Coeur d`Alene SC station since it was put in and it's just off I-90.

As with most things, access to SC's will not be the silver bullet everyone hopes. You'll get access to twice as many chargers, but be competing with 10x the number of drivers to use them. One could argue that Tesla's already can use CCS1 DCFC, but I would expect only a minority of those Tesla owners to have the adapters right now.

Even the $7.5B NEVI money will only be a start. It's still going to be a PITA to road trip an EV for most of this decade

Taking into account that Tesla manufacturing cars faster than they install chargers, it's not hard to see that all superchargers will soon have lines. Though demand for CCS chargers is currently lower I don't think they will avoid the same fate in the near future. The whole charging infrastructure is totally inadequate for the planned increase of EVs, which means lines and higher prices.

Right ?

And here we have California's governor announcing all EVs by 2035 (new vehicles sold).

That's not going to happen because I can't find chargers convenient to use.

https://ww2.arb.ca.gov/news/california-moves-accelerate-100-new-zero-emission-vehicle-sales-2035
Never in the history of mankind availability of any natural resource has been increased by an order of magnitude in less than 10 years. There is nowhere sufficient resources for materials and energy to shift to EVs. Which means as the ICE vehicles become unavailable the car prices will skyrocket and only small percentage of population will afford owning a car. Public transportation, which public hates, is what is going to be imposed on most families. Totally compatible with the WEF vision of the future.
