@Mike G Mind running mine again? Have had some OTAs since getting it back from IPC replacement so just curious what might still be open.

Wow, this is an awesome gesture by you all here. Us on the receiving end cannot thank you enough for watching this thread and helping us out. I really hope Ford does this for all the end users online.

I would love to post my VIN and have one of you fine folks look it up, but then I am afraid that I won’t be able to focus on life if a bunch of pending upgrades come back until I get those addressed by my mockery of a dealer locally :)

but - thank you!

so, my car has been at the dealers for two days and they are saying they've managed to get it to update "mostly" however the APIM update won't take. My guess is that either I'll need a new APIM or that reset procedure will be needed. HOWEVER I wonder if anyone would be willing to look again at my VIN and be able to get me a current printscreen of what's left to do on my car?

The previous list was 19 items, I'm hoping it's just the APIM now and possible one or two others?

Thanks in advance for anyone who can help!

VIN:

Just the APIM.

Hi Mike and everyone,

finally yesterday I left my MME at the dealer to solve my Front Camera/Cruise control problems.

My last update was 3.5.3.4 (as most EU users)

I'd like to know if the techs are doing something.

thanks.

They are working on the IPMA (started today actually).

And maybe a TSB that might apply (attached).

Thanks Mike,

the dealer called me to take back the car... can u please check if they've done something more other than the IPMA and related modules?

In your opinion how long could it take to sort out all the modules in my list?

Really appreciate yuor help ?

The session log shows that today they updated the WACM (phone charger) and the TCU. Although the TCU is still showing up in your list of available software (it might take a day to clear off the list).

I estimate based on my own experience that it would take about 2 to 2-1/2 hrs to update everything left on your list:

I got my car back from the dealer yesterday after they needed to install a bluecruise update and replace the charge port. The tech said it would be updating the BCM as part of that but I still can't open the frunk with the pin + 7/8 on the door. Does anybody mind checking and seeing what updates are still needed for me to be able to add the frunk button?

Is anybody with FDRS near central Arkansas or should I nag my dealer about this again?

I bounced your software revision numbers for all the BC related modules against the list I kept for my recently traded '21J1 and the only thing that's different is the IPMA. My car had a "-ABS" revision and yours has a "-GAP" revision. That's the only thing I see different.

Here's the list of currently available updates for your car (none of which are cruise control related):

You can ask the service advisor to have the tech call the hotline for assistance (unless they have already shifted over to the regional tech support process that's going on now).
Hi Mike thanks for the update. So I ask service advisor to contact hotline and also informed him about IPMA but as always ignored. So it's in service since 1.5 week and they told me they replaced with new front camera but still NO blue cruise waiting on more from Ford. Can you please check again if anything changes. 3FMTK3R75MMA06755
Thanks again.

Ummm, yeah...they didn't do that.

Didn't touch the BCM or GFM. But for some reason they did de-energize your HV battery system while it was there. I mention that in case you didn't know that.

Here's the list of available updates today:

Well okay...that's not what it looks like from this session log.

On the 19th they updated your HVAC.

On the 20th they did an IPMA alignment. If they had done an IPMA replacement they would first have had to do a PMI on the new IPMA to integrate it into your car's system. There's no evidence they ever did that from this log:

So it looks to me like all they did was an IPMA alignment and called it a day.

Here's the log from the 25th showing that they used the parking brake service tool and that's it.

There is no evidence they even attempted to discover why your BlueCruise isn't working (or activated?) . They did run the BlueCruise Prep kit activation back on the 26th...but if you're saying it's not working I can tell you that nothing they did in the last week contributed to diagnosing and fixing your lack of BlueCruise functionality.

Mike Thanks again might have to try different dealer. They said they changed brake pad as it was pulsing when braking.
