Fisker debuted 4 new EV concepts for a 2025 release.

- Fisker Ronin (Tesla Roadster competitor) 4-door, 5 seater with 1000 hp, 600 mi range, 0-60mph in 2 secs, $385k.
- Fisker PEAR SUV with a 300 mile range, $29k starting price
- Fisker Alaska pickup EV with a 230-340 mile range, $45k starting price
- Fisker Force-E (offroad Fisker Ocean)

I was really excited about the Ocean, and it looks like they are finally starting to deliver, so it’s not like it’s vapor ware, but I am not betting on Fisker Inc. surviving to see actual production of the Pear, the Alaska or the Ronin.

I have questions about Lucid surviving another 3 years, but they have delivered cars in somewhat meaningful numbers. Fisker has delivered less than 400 at this point?

Is the collapse of Fisker very likely? I thought that with the Ocean being delivered they would be in better financial shape.

They should have called the new models "Santa Claus", "Easter Bunny", "Tooth Fairy", and "Leprechaun".
You have a better chance of seeing one of those things than any of the cars.

Fisker has lost the plot. Maybe they're trying to show future offerings to make themselves a more attractive acquisition candidate, but right now they just need to sell cars they already have.

Is the collapse of Fisker very likely? I thought that with the Ocean being delivered they would be in better financial shape.
The fact that they have actually brought something to market is good, but the trotting out of three completely different models before they have delivered a meaningful number of Oceans is actually troubling. It gives me a sense that priorities aren’t in the right place.

They are probably really crunched for cash and aren't able to raise more capital in this current interest rate environment.
Grabbing a bunch of $250 reservations for concept cars is one way to raise a little bit of money now. They can essentially hold those reservation funds interest free indefinitely.

I had one of those. All white with a white topper. My dealer did the modification so the rear-facing bed seats were removable.

I like the Alaska, Ocean, and Pear as having mass-market appeal. I doubt we'll see anything but a dribble of the Ocean for the next few years, though. Fisker is still having production woes.

What Ford needs are PHEV and BEV versions of the Maverick!

Ocean was not one of the 4 vehicles mentioned in the original post. Also, delivering a handful of first model vehicles at unprofitable margins does not make for long term success.
