I looked up my wi-fi router and it has three antennas in the left side, front, and right side. The back side was toward the car so I rotated the router 90 degrees. This increased the signal level and FDRS downloaded faster. Why? Because a SCCM update popped up today.
I downloaded the new version of FDRS. The update part went great, but I had problems running the self-test to clear the DTCs. FDRS complained that it did not have all the resources and to do a refresh. I finally got it to work and cleared the DTCs.
I got PowerUp 6.1.0 OTA and used FDRS to do PowerUp 6.2.0 (APIM). The forum says PowerUp 6.3.0 is a TCU update. I do see the SCCM as an update toward BC 1.3 as the car only has BC 1.0. Maybe the SCCM is skipped if the car has BC 1.2.
