Can someone check what updates my car has available? VIN is 3FMTK3SU6PMA09720.

The dealer completed all available module updates this summer. They were not able to update the Infotainment where I have the camera button on top. They replaced the “APIM” module in September and was able to complete the final update. The concern I have is that I have not had any OTA update since back in March, and I am concerned that the car is having issues with OTA updates.

I appreciate it very much.

So that APIM update in your list is the "infotainment" system.

You don't seem to have many updates in your list which makes me wonder a bit. They might not be showing up because other updates haven't been done yet (dependency requirements). Clearly that APIM update needs to be done.

Have you had the discussion with the service advisor about the fact that you're not getting OTAs?

You should probably call the BEV team and get them to take a look from their end. (800) 392-3673 .

You can ask your service advisor to check the OTA Dashboard for your VIN on their PTS system...and if there haven't been any OTAs in the last 60 days..well that's a problem....because there have been OTAs sent out to all model year MME cars in the last 60 days to update things like the ACM, and updates for BlueCruise, etc. And if you haven't gotten any of those it's an issue that needs to be diagnosed.

Hi all, thanks a lot to those for offering their help in this thread. Can someone look into our 2023 Job 1 with

3FMTK3RM8PMA03231

Some context, our car was updated to 5.1.1 and lost all connected services so we took it dealer. It sat at dealer for two weeks because the reprogram kept failimg half way so they had to reach out to hotline.

Turns out it was due to bad 12V so they replaced it and got everything back up and running.

However, I checked software update and it's 6.1.0 but says "Not Completed". Any idea what might be going on? Should we take it back to dealer? TIA.

Hi, thank you everyone helping out here. Could you please check this one: WF0TK3SU4MMA16399

My car is spending a few days in the shop for bumper replacement and is going to take a few days. Thought I could also use it for SW updates. It's a job 1 that it's still running the old UI and lacks the remote frunk opening.

Your gateway revision is "-FAE".......just the same as on my car. The gateway did in fact get updated and you now have the follow-on APIM (Sync) update in your available software list that when it updates will give you the latest ("-CC") rev., AKA Sync 980.

Double check your settings in Sync to make sure everything is turned on that you want turned on. Some people have reported things getting turned off after updates (like Auto Updates itself). You may experience symptoms like your car telling you it's going to charge outside of scheduled times after this APIM update. It will require deleting your home charge location and setting that back up from what I'm told. FP sent me that message aftter the APIM update on both my car and truck. Minor annoyance.

You can only check connected services in Sync when you see this symbol on the top row of your Sync screen:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others Connected_Vehicl
Checking when that symbol is not showing will result in an error. Make sure you're sharing data with Ford so that your car talks to the cloud more often (privacy settings).

Here's your list of available software, hopefully that APIM OTAs for you soon:

So besides the BCM/GFM combo you mentioned...you still have a bunch of updates that were on your list from this time last year.

That APIM update would be something you're looking for as well.

Does this mean 6.1.0 did indeed successfully completed even though it says "Not Completed"?

MIke, I am curious, HVBJB replacement was wrapped up today at the dealership and when I asked my service advisor if everything regarding the recall had been applied he said yes. I know there were several SW updates as part of the recall. Can you tell if such updates were completed?

There were no "updates" done as a part of the repair as far as I can see. Having said that, you already had the most recent powertrain updates applied, so if they were going to do any updates as part of the HVJB repair that's what it would have been.

Obviously they did all the filling and bleeding stuff one would normally expect to see...

Other than that you have only three available updates in your list. An OBCC module update for DC fast charging. An APIM update that should be OTA 6.2.0 when it gets there, and the SCCM update that will likely also be an OTA, but I don't know the number for that one yet.

I just bought an used 2021 MME Premium AWD. It's sorta high mileage, any help to see what was done or missing would be a big help. (I know, I probably should have checked here first but sometimes I'm absent minded)

VIN: 3FMTK3SS7MMA23801

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, first time posting, long time creeping. Anyone with FDRS willing to run my Mach e GT for me? It was built in June but has not received any OTA updates since new. Trying to trouble shoot. Any updates? Any DTCs? Thanks to anyone willing to help to get me up to speed. I am part of the ford EAP but have not received any OTA regardless and it seems weird.

That gateway will come to you as an OTA hopefully (actually overdue a bit), and the ACM as well. The SCCM will eventually come as an OTA too as part of the BlueCruise 1.3 roll-out.

I don't think this car's had the HVJB replaced yet. But it does look like there were problems with the IPMA and from what I see it did get replaced.
