Appreciate some help here in looking up DTCs.

On Saturday, my 2021 GT wouldn't start after charging to 90% and displayed the dreaded "Stop Safely Now" message. Tried to start several times with no success. A few hours later, was able to start it with no error message. Started it a 2nd time on Sunday and dropped it off at the Ford dealer. As luck would have it, heard from the dealer that the EV tech is on vacation for the next week so the car is just sitting there.

Wondering if this is serious, or just a glitch. Hoping the DTCs from Saturday will shed some light.

Taking my car to the dealer tomorrow for recall 23B50. They are suppose to update BCCM. This file doesn’t show up in FDRS. Can they pull it from somewhere else or am I wasting my time.

The “BCCM” is really just the BECM/SOBDM. The powertrain series of updates fix the recall.

Hello, For this VIN: WF0MXXGCHMLR46814 Ford Romania says that there is no ACM update...How can I solve this ? Can you please give me an updated list for this? Thanks!

@Mike G My dealer called and set up an appointment to perform two updates to my Mach E via their mobile service. Now I am wondering what exactly are they wanting to install that my dealer did not install just a couple of weeks ago when they replaced my HVBJB. They said the two updates could not be delivered OTA.

I also pointed out that the day of my HVBJB failure I got the 6.1.0 Power-Up update. He confirmed from his end that he shows that 6.1 was delivered on 10/14. However , after my vehicle was fixed, my Power-Up version on my Sync display reverted to 4.2. I am hopeful they can get that sorted out.

Could you help again with the available updates for my car please: 3FMTK3SU5MMA38847

You did get the 6.1.0 GWM update installed. You have the 6.2.0 APIM update pending as well as 6.4.0 SCCM and 6.6.0 PCM series of updates.

The OBCC is part of a previous CSP.

I unfortunately can't view your DTC history but you do have a LOT of updates available. Some of these are from the initial BC 1.0 rollout.

Then after I got the car back the version reverted to 4.2 and has been that way for two weeks despite having everything configured correctly and having the car connected to a strong and fast WiFi signal at home. Guessing that all other OTA updates are probably stuck because of this. Going to pester the sw update guy tomorrow. Hopefully they can get it sorted out.

All OTA rollout beyond 6.1.0 is paused still. There was an issue with the 6.2.0 deployment which they are fixing and updates should resume within the next 1-2 weeks.

Technically you are "up to date". Even if your car says 4.2 sometimes it doesn't match up with your actual current level. A lot of the other updates like the OBCC, HCM, etc are all part of separate CSPs which you should eventually get as OTA.

If you allow me this question, where do you actually read this? Unfortunately, at least for my European car, I can only see the installed PU version if it came in via OTA, as then this is displayed as info message under the Firmware update menu. However, in one of your previous posts you said that the SYNC version was reset to 4.2. Well, the SYNC/APIM version actually is shown, but also is not really coupled to the PU version. So are you really referring to the PU version, or only to SYNC?

I am asking as my car may need the HVBJB replacement as well (at least I have found indications for this) and therefore I am following this discussion just to know what may happen.

My car needs all of those???

Some will show up as OTAs, but..in general terms having all those updates applied is desirable. Getting a dealer tech to do them usually involves money.
