We'd have to compare the software packages from the OTA dashboard listing to what you show you have in FDRS.
I’m at my parents for the holiday and won’t be home until tonight to pull anything up in FDRS. Let me know what info you need.

I just checked my OTA dashboard and I have another gateway in the queue.

So a GWM in the queue as an OTA and a TCU in FDRS..... ?

I guess I'll need to get that OTA before updating the TCU...don't want to break something.

These are the non-descript notes that go with that GWM update in my queue:

Problem is I can't check somebody else's OTA dashboard anymore as an "independent". But I'm sure Lee probably could.

I don’t know why but my module software on on Forscan doesn’t match my FDRS.
I think FORSCAN is looking at a different DID value for the revision version than what FDRS shows. Maybe DID F120 instead of F188? Something like that?

I’ll have to check it again when I get home and compare it to my latest updates.

I haven’t seen any OTA updates since 4.2.3 because that’s what my update details say on my sync screen and in my Ford Pass app. However I don’t pay attention to that update details screen because I know I’m up do date with everything in FDRS.

I was able to do the updates to my '21 Job 1 Premium RWD ER today. The APIM update recently appeared, so I did the PowerTrain/ABS updates, GFM update, then the APIM update. The updated file versions are:
APIM
8033 Image PU5T-14G682-EL
8060 Applications
PU5T-14H212-AJF HMI Control Gallery
MU5T-14H213-XJE Owner’s Guides
PU5T-14H212-AFF Theme Data Minitheme
PU5T-14H212-ALF Theme Data Body Type
PU5T-14H212-AHF Theme Data Lincoln
PU5T-14H212-AEF Theme Data Classic
PU5T-14H212-AGF Theme Data Ford
PU5T-14H212-AKF Theme Data Theme Config

After I did the APIM, the TCU update appeared. I did the TCU after dinner.
TCU
8068 Boot Image SU5T-14H240-GE
D027 Boot Image SU5T-14H241-GE
F120 Strategy SU5T-14H090-AGE
F188 Strategy SU5T-14H085-GE

So I am up-to-date.

If you or anyone needs anything looked up in PTS with dealer access, let me know.

Many of us here use the PL6100 because the car is capable of drawing 40A while updating which we have seen several times and the PL2320 I believe only goes to 20A. The PL2320 is probably good for 90% of the updates but I would not want to chance the battery dropping below 12V when updating.

Yep. I've seen >43A draw on a long update. Probably why my 50A quick disconnect melted. ??

So I replaced it with a forklift charging disconnect, which is also rated at 50A but likely for continuous use vs. 50A peak. ??
