Hello, can you please also take a look at my Mach E (WF0TK1E78NMA09404). I have been at PU 3.5.4. for a long time. I received the last update 23-PU0205-PR-FX on 21.12.23. Since then, nothing has come again. Thank you very much for your help.
I'd be looking out for a GWM (gateway) update to show up as an OTA (hopefully soon):

On the 15th it looks like they worked on updating your APIM (at least once):
3FMTK4SX2NMA64551-17-Nov-23Work.webp

That second APIM entry ended as soon as it began according to the timestamp, so not sure what they did there.

On the 16th is when they updated just about everything else you had in your list and somethings they updated more than once (like the gateway):
3FMTK4SX2NMA64551-17-Nov-23Work2.webp

But you still have an APIM update in your available software list and it looks like the revision of the APIM software you're running now is pretty old (like before the Sync UI changeover), would that be right?
3FMTK4SX2NMA64551-17-Nov-23.webp

I don't know what they've told you but they either need to finish the job of updating your APIM (Sync) and if they can't get it to update they should order you a replacement (if it's "stuck").
Hi Mike, I'm going to the dealership tomorrow to get the APIM unstuck.
Could you please check to see if any updates are stacking up again?

My VIN is3FMTK4SX2NMA64551

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.

Dwayne

Hello, can someone tell me what SW updates my car needs? VIN: 3FMTK3R70MMA00183

Thank you!
Something here doesn't seem right to me. Your car is on a very old version of Sync 21136, has no OTA history whatsoever and is only showing an SCCM update pending in FDRS.

Does your Bluecruise work?

Only a GWM showing at this time. It is very possible that an APIM update could show up once that one is done.

I don't believe I have BlueCruise (should I?), but my lane centering and adaptive cruise control both work.

I got the car about 3 months ago and have never received an update. The car was certified pre-owned so I figured all the SW was up to date but it appears not.

SCCM is the only thing in the list and that should come as an OTA.

Well they appear to be doing a bit of light reading...not much else:

Here's the list of available software that they haven't touched:

I would have started with the APIM and then moved on to the PCM to get all the powertrain items out of the way. Etc., etc...I don't know what they're up to at this point.

Well since you own a very early '21 model (19 Aug '20 build date) and your BC 'trial' period ended on the 31st of Dec, if you didn't sign up and pay the $600 for the three years you don't have BC.

I understand you haven't owned the car very long...starting back on 12 Oct when a tech was working to figure out things like your parking brake fault, illuminated powertrain (wrench) MIL, reverse brake assist, etc...at the end of that process a self test was done and there was an error on a left side sensor (SODCMC) that wouldn't clear. Later on the 20th of Nov when all of your powertrain modules were being updated...at the end of that process another self-test was performed and the same error on the same module is still there an didn't clear:

This sensor would also be required for BC to work.....Did they just not tell you that the sensor was not working and send you home that way? I suspect that this condition may have pre-dated your ownership.

Ahh yes...the old state inspection racket.... ;)

Here's your very short list:

Anyone know what latest HCM update was for? I complained about parking lights turning off & on while parked and they ordered a new switch but wonder if the update was to address this because I haven't seen them come on by themselves since, but only been a day.

Interesting. I never had BlueCruise nor the option to extend or enable it. I went in to connected services multiple times prior to Dec 31 and it never showed up as an option so I figured I didn't have it.

I got the car at the end of September 2023 so it seems like this did happen when I owned it. I did get an error around that time where I thought it was the HVBJB issue - got the stop safely now error and power train fault. They kept it for a few days and said they were not able to replicate the faults appearing and everything was fine. They did not tell me anything was wrong. What else is that sensor used for?

Could be used for parking as well on the left front side.

What model do you have? First Edition? Premium? CA Rte 1? Select?
