6.3.0 failed both times it was sent to you. First time due a group final check failure and the second time due to a manifest mismatch. Nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.
If you follow the guides Mike and others have posted there is a recommended order to update the modules, so you don't run into any dependency issues. GWM, APIM, TCU in that order followed by however much time you have to perform the others.
Keep in mind certain module updates are tied together and when you update one, other will follow suit. The PSCM and IPMA in particular are tied to each other and the IPMA will take circa 3 hours to do. @Mike G knows the EV's very well and can chime in as to which other ones are chained together. Just keep that in mind so if you start the IPMA or PSCM, do it when you have the time to see them through.
They are all safe to perform. As always you start with any GWM, APIM, or TCU first and keep doing those until you run out of them.
It's on the latest Sync version. PTS is only showing a BCM, HVAC and RFA update pending.
I’m updating mine (IPMA) as I type. Very long process. Using two of the 20A PL2320 power supply/charger units in parallel (in power supply mode). Using just one definitely doesn’t quite cut it! But two works great. And I use them for all sorts of other things around the house too. They’re a great unit.

It's a new vehicle; no warranty history on it. It is on Sync 22326 and shows only an IPC update in the OTA dashboard back in June of last year. The release notes have come off so i can't see which one it was, but this is the file that changed. Maybe someone who knows these cars better can tell you which update that was.
