Hi,

I just picked up a '22 GT PE with 12k miles for $35k. Feel like I got a pretty good deal on it, but not sure if the elderly gentleman who owned it kept it up to date. Finally, finally having my windshield & roof recalls done next week, plus the HVBJB (I hope?), "charge port door" and a couple of other recalls or CSP's that show in the dealer's system but not my account.

If somebody can do a pre-service for 3FMTK3SU0MMA27089 now, I'll be curious to see what changes after they do whatever they do. Thank you!

Well you haven't gotten any in the last 60 days that's for sure. Your OTA history is blank.

Here's the list of available updates...one of which is the GWM (gateway)...I'd see about getting that updated.

Of course the techs don't like other people telling them how to do their jobs so it's best to just tell the service manager that you aren't getting any updates and to please check the OTA history to confirm...and then request somebody do diagnostics to determine the cause.

Oh, and your car is complaining about various systems losing communications, and an ethernet failure on the gateway module...which requires the gateway to be updated according to the TSB. So that might be your fix right there. Ask the service writer to pull your VHA/DTC report for the last 60 days to confirm. Same errors everyday you drive the car....going back to late January.

Wow. Thank you. Interesting it was late Jan when I got the car, previously a demo.
I've been in touch with Ford CS but it's taking weeks, local dealer not unhelpful but 4 weeks to book it in.

The Charge Assist app (now renamed to Public Charging) supposedly is rolling out with OTA 6.14 which is the new Sync 1122 update to the APIM module.

However, at least one person who has this new Sync update still doesn't have Public Charging after the update went through. So there's that.

You do have that new update to the APIM in your list of available software though:
