I had my pedestrian sounder fail and kept getting an error message and constant beeping. So I went in to get it fixed and they had the parts for the recall. So had my HVJB recall performed.
I told them I also haven’t received an OTA update since last August. So they told me that they only update when there is a safety issue.
Can someone please run my Vin and we’ll see if they fully updated the Mach-e or if the only did the ones related to the battery. I think I had 20+ items that needed to be updated.

BTW: the sounder is just a speaker and it shorted out. They replaced it and everything is fine on that end. All under warranty

You haven't had an OTA since the middle of August. ( Priority Update 23-PU0110-RAD-PS for the ACM).

4.2.1 was sent to you last week and 4.2.2.2 was sent to you a few hours ago. Next time you start your car, it will allow the OTA trigger to move along to the next step. Yes, eventually you will get the updates, but as a previous owner, you already know how that goes. You get what you get when you get it and you don't get upset.

Last OTA that was sent to you was 4.2.6 back in September which failed several times due to poor battery conditions. Plenty of modules pending updates.

I have 2 GTPEs I would like to have someone check if possible. Both are coming up on the 10,000 service mark and I would like to make sure there are no other issues beyond the HVBJB recalls that are pending on both of them when I bring them in.

My VIN is 3FMTK4SX8NMA24653. I'm still trying to understand how software updates are managed by Ford. Last time I checked I still didn't have the 6.14 APIM update available in FDRS, but am up to date. I see many others getting the update OTA and in FDRS in this and other posts.
Does anyone know the sequence of posting the APIM update to FDRS versus the "announcement" that a new software update (in this case 6.14) is available? I would have assumed its available in FDRS as soon as its "live' and being pushed OTA? Based on results here it seems like the APIM still isn't showing up in FDRS for some that seem fully up to date.

No love from the mothership since 4.2.2 almost a year ago. This car has A LOT of updates pending. It could use a kick in the pants to get things going. I don't have FDRS access until later to see which if the holy trinity of modules is pending an update, but an update to the GWM, TCU or APIM would be a step in the right direction. Your car seems fine. It is not reporting any concerning codes to the cloud. Has gotten a few OTA's and you actually have GWM update 24-PU0102-SVD-FX sitting in your queue for two days. I am guessing you don't drive the car much? Next time you start it, it will kick start to the OTA trigger to download and hopefully install the update.

Yea, I just responded to your message. Your car is not reporting any codes related to the APIM, ACM or DSP. Not sure from what I can see what is causing the audio issue you are having.

@rugedraw hmm I had the dealer do the 4.2.6 update in december and they replaced the 12v battery. So does that mean I need to go back to them for these updates? Or wait for another OTA at some point and hopefully these get resolved?

Sorry new to these things so not sure what to really do.
